I’m really curious as to where this arc goes. I’ve been desperately trying to avoid One Piece spoilers on Facebook and managed to minimize it to one character in the intro and a spoiler about Imu (because the Facebook algorithm apparently can’t help but shove spoilers in my face). So here’s to a new arc full of surprises and hopefully some more lore on Nika!

Now this is just me theoising, but why do I get the feeling that this is a The Lego Movie situation and this is some giant's basement Lego diorama? I'm mainly basing this on the fact that Nami said there's no wind and the "sun" that she woke up to in the beginning looks like a ceiling light to me.

The opening is safe, you can watch it what people are calling "spoilers" are things that out of context you won't even catch as they show up in literal milliseconds and they are extremely vague they're more nods to manga readers than spoilers for anime watchers, It's completely safe so don't miss out on the experience out of fear

Stop saying this, every new intro someone says this exact same thing. Everyone has a different definition of spoilers and things you say don't spoil anything because they are "out of context" and that "you won't even catch" are to others massive spoilers. I don't want to see character designs, characters who are at all relevant and I don't want to even know what clothes a character I know is going to be in the arc is going to wear. And "manga nods" isn't true at all, those are spoilers. The whole intro is FULL of them. The intro is almost nothing BUT spoilers! It doesn't matter how you define a spoiler, some people don't agree. Watching the intro now doesn't add anything to her viewing experience, she can do it later. So why must someone make the same comment thread EVERY TIME a new intro comes out for any series ever? If she listened to them, she would either have been spoiled about once a new season per show she watches.
