Can't wait to check this reaction out, seeing Nightcrawler flex so much this episode is fun. Hope Ant enjoyed all his NC fan service from it! I still can't believe how well they did this show!

Elias

This series has been so much fun to watch with everyone. Love it when Ant comes to visit.

DiabloAnos

NGL, after all that I'd leave Charles and join Magneto.

To explain, people nowadays think "nimrod" is an insult like "idiot" because of Bugs Bunny and Elmer Fudd. Nimrod is a great hunter in the Bible, Bugs Bunny calls him Nimrod to make fun of his lack of skill, and generations of people didn't get the joke

Craig

LoganxKurt is one of my favorite ships ngl

Aye Jaye

Essentially it was used sarcastically, like calling someone Einstein when they do something dumb. Nobody knew who Nimrod was so they just took the joke straight

Baron Salt

Okay so despite what bastion implies, in the comics when this happened a lot of the people turned were not voluntary. He did kidnap quite a few people to complete his project. I don't know if they'll explore that angle in the future.

Jase

I think the ONLY one who was willing if misguided was the like, highschool girl in the one side story sent to assassinate a kid who turned into a lizardman. Bastion literally just deactivated the girl when she failed and left her to be spare parts or something.

Well in the comics there's also the reporter, Trish Tioby. I don't know if they took a turn in the cartoon, but originally she was not a willing participant she was very much forced to get the surgery and acted at a sleeper agent. Trish is very pro mutant in the comics and even dated beast ones and his early days.

You talked over and missed the part where Kurt mentions Mystique is his mother. My heart has a sadge.
