I think the skull grass bomb Usopp did was supposed to mimic the Galaxy Impact Garp did on Pirate Island but this is with the Lego town. A lot of the scenes are very similar to how the town was crumbling away from that fist nuke.

Scenes like this one in this episode make me think how crazy it is that Nami subdued and essentially enslaved one of the four most powerful parts of Big Mom's soul, despite being considered the Straw Hat's weakest combatant and having the lowest bounty aside from Chopper's. Zeus and Prometheus were the personal attack dogs of an Emperor of the Sea for decades - just being able to command Zeus means Nami essentially wields one of Big Mom's favourite weapons, with the same or greater effectiveness as Big Mom herself.

She's definitely not the strongest but she's stronger than we give her credit for. She did take one of Ulti's head butts while in her hybrid zoan form plus armament haki with little damage. If she didn't have the mindset of one of the cowardly trio she'd be a lot more formidable.
