Jaffar Black Fang

Its been 80 years Lmao them swimming on a sea of jiggling boobies will always make me laugh

BRapAttack

NO FREAKING WAY, oooooooh Im excited

PinkSylvia

its been 84 years. PEAK is back

BlastYoBoots

Oh heck yes! I can’t believe she got her hands on the original version instead of the censored-for-TV clip show! I’m glad, this real version of this episode is SO hilarious.

SONICX1027

This makes me happy that Alicia is watching the actual episode that’s not the recap episode

Supermew

Fun fact: The designs of those 5 hot springs girls are based on characters from 2 of Gainax's previous anime, Neon Genesis Evangelion (Rei, Asuka, and Misatio) and Diebuster(Nono and Lal'C).

Accel

OMG THE GURREN LAGGAN IS REAL!

UltramanUltimo

You can tell some parts of this was storyboarded and animated by that madman Imaishi.

🖤

Are we getting stranger things soon? 😊

Alex

See yall on next ep in 80 years 😎

Chamoun101

Two more episodes for ABSOLUTE 🙌 \_🗿_/ CINEMA

Ungodlyone

The fanservice episode.

Decoy061

Hopefully the collab with Partywolf will accelerate the schedule for Gurren Lagann, but regardless I am great full for another episode!

Logan Hamilton

I thought this was dropped, we're so back

Matthias

big up to that one salty guy who talked about gurren lagann every other reaction and getting saltier and slatier everytime, maybe my perception of time is wrong but I think 2 to 3 weeks ago I saw him declare that he was living patreon because gurren lagann reactions were not coming around. Insert palpatin "Ironic" meme here.

Barbietube

Crazy how they wrote and animated a whole episode with one hand

Silver Raven

I've always believed in the Alicia that believes in me. Thank you for the upload.

WillGlacier

IT'S BACK!!! Also OF COURSE she decides to take a break from the show and come back to THIS episode. . . Couldn't have taken a break AFTER it, had to be here 😭 Also every time I watch this show I am just reminded of how badass Viral and his theme is (24:56) (THE GROUND BELLOW MY FEET. . . ELEVATED!)

Azzy Drem

Its been 214 years. The invincible human soul cannot be extinguished ❤️‍🔥

Algeddon

A note on the opening. It changes periodically specifically to avoid spoilers, at least for a while.

JuanmaRailgun

Wooton peak is back... and with company?

David Blomquist

I've been waiting so long for more Gurren Lagan

SimpleSimian

YES! Now we just gotta wait another millennium for the next episode…

Okoga

Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeell yeeeeeeeeeeeea! Mooooooooooooooore!

Adrian

Yay more gurren laganb and we have a fren

Koirby

Special Guest Star PartyWolf for the future of Gurren is a phenomenal idea for a whole bunch of reasons, welcome aboard! Gods I hope we don't have to wait too too long for more!!

JuanmaRailgun

Wait. At 8:10, are those fucking Asuka and Rei?!?

Able

YAAAA GURREN LAGGAN TIIIIME

UltramanUltimo

I should note that the bunny girls are actually cameos from other of the former studio called Gainax's library of mech anime, such as Evangelion, Gunbuster, Diebuster, and Mahoromatic. Possibly others but there's too many for me to remember.

DiabloAnos

So happy we are past basically the "fight of week" stuff.

Jesus Juarez

If you're talking about the collab partner, its not Azu. It's Party Wolf

Yggdrasil

Azure controls patreon uploads now

Calvin

I'm so happy to see you continue the series!

km

I remember I was like: I'm not going to watch ep5 since she'll take a month to post the next, turns out it was 2 months

Pluto

I didn’t even know there was an original version of this episode. I always just assumed that if you had to save money with a recap episode the best place to do that was right before the show properly starts.

M

Holy Shit its back! here's praying there isn't another massive gap between these

subzerostolly

Greatness lagann continues like a drill it won’t stop till it pierces the heavens!! You have no idea how happy I am when you drop another episode Alicia thank you.

DasBigUn

FUCKING YES PEAK HAS ARRIVED (I hope she continues and doesn't do these 2-5 year breaks)

Sam Smith

It has been a long time veeral Hopefully your rematch will happen sooner than your reunion. 💜

SkulKing_Momo

I think now I understand why I liked anime so much as a teen going through puberty.

Nightmareman99

Oh yeah this episode 😂😂😂 But this episode gets 10 times funnier when you remember Simon is voiced by Yuri Lowenthal.

Sam Marsh

Ah, the classic blue ball episode.

FlaschenJoe11

I just love that the girls are just all other Gainax chars XD

Rabao

Share some with your mother is crazy work 💀

M. Alexander duenas

Coming back to the series and is this episode 🤣🤣👏👏, AMD glad you watching more of This seríes

Manic Dman

I watched this series on Netflix years ago and I'm pretty sure the Gimmy finger scene was cut because I DO NOT recall that part 😂

John

People rag on fanservice as being unnecessary, but hilariously, it's part of Gurren Lagann's core philosophy.

downright darius

i totally forgot you see an xray shot of a finger. THATS FUCKING CRAZY
