I don't know much about the behind the scenes for this season, but I do recall a good portion of this season, so hearing Alicia talking about not babying someone and the contestant that was babied this season makes me wonder how she'll feel about them.

Not sure what McDonalds you were talking about. I worked as a night cleaner for McDonalds for about a month, the guy who was supposed to train me was busy training someone else so they dragged a random guy from the kitchen to show me how to do my job. He showed me like half of the stuff I needed to do and showed me no time saving techniques. I had to clean basically the entire building inside and out on my own in a single shift, and even when they cut out the windows from my duties and I secretly stopped taking breaks I still was only accomplishing maybe 60 percent of what they apparently required. Needless to say I didn't pass probation.

I worry that the tendency it has for darker storylines might make it a bad fit for her and it’ll get dropped eventually. She seems to need a depression nap after every episode since they got out of the lighter S1 episodes.

You know with the way they have to record confessionals/direct to camera after the actual filming I love how at 14:30 the guy is like the Foie gras is perfect, then Gordon says it is way too salty and he says it might be a little salty. This means that the producers pretty much told him to act like it was perfect and then admit it was salty.
