Wow, when your reactions came across my board I really thought this was gonna be another 500k plus follower channel. No issues with that personally, but I’m honestly surprised that you aren’t at least 10 times bigger than you are on Patreon or YouTube.

The Force

All my homies hate Jett

Nym

I personally really love Jet's character he's a really interesting and dark showcase of what war can do to people and especially children.

Winter Turnip

Legit ten outta ten this episode. Fucken love kattara getting her smack in and Sokka being good bean aaaaaa

Spillthefire6

I realized how brilliant it is that Katara starts to cry when she ask Where Sokka is. Since she just saw how monstrously dedicated Jet and his group is to the "cause" even to the point of wiping out an entire town, for all she knows Sokka is at that moment lying in a ditch with his throat slit. Her brother dead all because she didn't take his concerns seriously. Its not until he shows up on Appa does she know he is Alive and well.

I’d argue that most of the filler in ATLA has relevance to the story at large; unlike certain shows that don’t progress the plot, you can definitely understand major arc decisions and thought processes from the characters in this show based on filler episodes.

Jet is in fact evil, because he knows what he's doing is morally wrong yet he's willing to lie and manipulate to see his goals achieved. Evil is at it's core selfishness that infringes on others, whether you steal or murder if you're doing it for yourself, you are evil. "Who would be free?! Everyone would be dead!" Sokka said it best.

This mf aang bro. If he weren't such a pacifist, he woulda bodied jet kid so fast. Wdym you can airkick hard enough to obliterate a massive flaming boulder that was shot at you with a catapult powerful enough to send those things higher than clouds, but can't make enough wind to knock a teenager off a tree branch? FOLD HIM ALREADY

You had to mention filler. No, no reason. Anyway... This show shines a light on how just slight differences in circumstances can make people who have experienced extremely similar traumas behave differently from each other. Knowing the different characters' histories of how they lost their parental figures and how they reflect and amplify each other through their own behaviors is some strong storytelling.

Not a fan of Jet's character. The big, dramatic twist is that a group of homeless orphan child soldiers... think that war crimes are okay. It's basically this: https://youtu.be/PLcclHNbSDo

Well Sokka kissed Suki, or she kissed him. Eitherway... Well there is only one...filler episode in avatar. Where no one really grows...you will see. Sooner that you think

Lazy Swordsman

Loving these! I think this is my favourite reaction series out there at the moment. This character does show each character pretty well - Aang sorta just goes with the flow, Katara is a bit of a "I know best" and won't listen while Sokka is the logical fellow who usually gets undone by cartoon logic having it out for him :D All that aside - I hope you feel better!

Richard Lyle (Fat Explorer)

One of my favorite intros is for mob psycho 100 cause while it does spoil the anime its so wild and crazy you wouldn’t have any idea what’s happening until you watch it and go back lol

You hit on something with your analysis of Katara. The thing is Katara is a very kind and trusting person who usually gives everyone the benefit of a doubt, but if you betray that trust she'll have a hard time ever trusting you ever again. This might be why Sokka is such a skeptic, to make sure his sister doesn't get hurt.

Nakama Forever

Think theres only 1 episode i didnt like back when i first watched it. Thos isn't one of them though. Some great character development right here
