Levi and Erwin are the practical ones. The only thing left of the dead is memories. Better those that carry those memories continue living and survive, than try to rescue bodies.

AzulSora

idc she's gone, Petra is still best girl

Can you believe there are still some people who think Levi is emotionless or whatever? Can you look my man in the eyes and tell me he don't feel? He isn't numb to anything, he feels it all. Also, god the music direction in this episode is so on point, holy shit.

James Decker

Alicia was so traumatised by this episode she forgot to change the v-tuber model lmao

Ivan

I just wanted to clarify I survived that ordeal. Ivan is still live!!!! joke aside am just glad they pronounced my name correctly lol

Paul32

Man the combo of The Tales from Ba Sing Se, Appas Lost Tales and these two AOT Episodes were really brutal

Linus

Alicia: "I need to watch happier anime" Also Alicia: "I'm thinking of watching Made in abyss"

At least there's Levi. Watching this at first, you get real worried for his chances. After all, even his own squad of handpicked badasses got her on the back foot for all of less than 30 seconds before getting slaughtered. You honestly believe there's a fair chance he could die here too. Then the fight starts and you realise it wasn't fair. Not even close.

Binged all your videos and finally caught up! Great upload as always and can't wait for more :)

You have no idea how happy I was that you realized Levi lied about whose patch it was. I’ve seen a few people miss it and it’s one of the most important details they put in to show Levi’s real character to me

Demiurge

I just randomly click on this one. Kinda weird not hearing ant hahah

"Petra Stomp"-By (wait for character reveal)

Im sure your starting to understand That Attack on Titan is really Attack on Trauma.

Benji

I like to think that Levi knew the first thing his squad would have done is blind it (which clearly didn't work given what he saw), because, when he blinds her, he actually ejects the blades into her eyes.

Wubs

Id highly recommended watching No Regrets part 1 & 2 before starting Season 2. Its Levi’s backstory

Cysa Damercen

Clarification for the sub, Levi said Erin was her boyfriend, just used a less formal term so it translated to important friend. That is why Mikasa responds as she does.

Brown freckle lesbian lady and Annie are my favorite characters, so it feels weird to hear Alicia just dog them everytime she sees them 😂. But to each their own, hopefully you grow to like them as time goes on.

I love this episode especially the part where they have to dump the bodies as bait. It is such a complex emotional state for everyone involved. The dude was traumatized and wanted to bring his friend's body back. He wasn't thinking with a clear head and lashes out. Erwin and Levi know they would rather bring back everyone if that was an option, but would rather not risk the lives of the people who are alive for dead soldiers, not an easy decision to make, at all. I would have been disappointed, honestly if they didn't go back I would have been livid. They were in no mental state to accept orders and stand down. Of course they were going to go after their dead friend. This is why I love this show so much, even with some amount of fantasy, this show is so grounded in reality, that rarely do you see characters acting out of the realm of possibility or the rules established in this world.

Unsaidrumble

That moment you realize brown freckled lesbian lady don't got a name yet
