Fun Fact: one of the biggest regrets of people involved with Season 2 of The Boys is they planned and wrote the entire season before casting. After seeing the actor for LampLighters performance in this episode they wished they gave him even more screen time in the scripting phase because they didn't know how perfect he was for LampLighter.

I will always find it ironic that the actor they have for Lamplighter is the same actor that played Iceman in the X-Men movies. I definitely think that casting choice was intentional given he was rivals with a psychotic flame bender from X-Men.
