Wow I never thought I’d hear you reference Mushoku Tensei but I’m strangely glad you did cuz I’m assuming that means you gave the show a try but was ultimately put off by Rudeus. It’s a shame cuz the story and characters are top tier writing but I understand that people have their limits of what they can tolerate if they don’t get immediate character development.

When it comes to doing stuff with friends, sometimes introverts like me at least, enjoy being pushed a little. It makes me feel wanted and cared about. Depending on the person and the thing we're being pushed to do. Ultimately, Bocchi wanted to be in a band, even if she was scared. She'd definitely regret it if she was given an out and took it. I'm sure your introvert friends you push to do things with don't resent you for it and may even be grateful in a way they can't really express comfortably. But still being aware of their boundaries and recognizing if it's going too far is good to know. But realistically, it's our own responsibility to be honest with those around us. Also I'm so glad you're finally watching this series, I'm sure you can see why everyone loves this series so much lol.

I was the lonely introvert like Hitori for so long i became a loner introvert like Ryu. The difference is lonely means i want friends but I'm too shy to make any while loner is i am comfortabel alone and don't need friends. I do however have friends today. It's funny, i talk more in text than real life. I might forcefully invite people from the discord to join ny party in The Finals. (Newly released game)

One thing I really love about this show is that they included Ryo to show the difference between being a loner and being lonely. The lonely character struggling to find friends is so common, but I hardly ever see characters with very few friends that spend most of their time alone and are totally happy being that way. Way too often in my life I have been talking about an awesome hiking trip or somewhere cool I've been, and when it comes up that I went by myself I get this look like I'm a pitiful sick puppy or something. So many people just can't understand that being alone and being lonely are very different things. It's so nice to see characters like Ryo, and to be reminded that there are people that understand.

I'm an extreme introvert too and these things are pretty 100%. Anytime someone asks me how I am I immediately respond that I'm good or fine. I didn't know about the battery thing until now though because there is times I try to force myself to talk to people then I start feeling very bad inside, I start speaking gibberish, I start avoiding people. I usually assumed I was just failing once again but maybe I just need time to charge.

I love that the hairstyles indicate whether they're introverts or extroverts lol.... Nijika and Kita's ponytails are on the left and they're both extroverts, while Bocchi's tiny little ahoge thing and Ryo's long bang are on the right with both of them being introverts
