Happy birthday Alicia!

Kampela

I really like how author gave Elfs something other fantasy series i have seen have not: different view on time and building relationships. Elfs would have longer time to build trust and familiarity to new people in their life, as well as romantic feelings. Falling in love with short lived races, like humans, would be rare due to this and perhaps build-in view that humans would not make good life partners, well since they die so quickly and then Elf is left to take care of child alone. This would in fantasy worlds be hard thing to do as Elf needs to take care themselves and baby, that would require some form of commune close-by. Either human moves to Elf village or Elf to human village where this human has loyal family group that do help with child. Since if they do not, Elf needs to travel to their family, and those roads are not always safe. Especially since monsters might target lonely parents more likely since parent need to defend themselves and baby, it would be difficult.

Happy Birthday Alicia <3

I have not cried since the age of 12 or 13. On this episode i have seen stoltz for like a total of 20 seconds. My eyes watered a bit by the end of the episode... For a dead inside kind of guy like me that means alot. One of the reasons i watch alicia in the first place is because she is able to express emotions in a way i cant. But this episode actually made me physically represent what i feel. Yeh what the fuck is this show man!

Amat

I love this episode because we get more stark backstory and it also goes into part of starks character, him feeling that he is a failure and not the hero he could be. I think learning that Himmel didn't pull the sword from the stone and still became a hero really made him realize that he didn't have to be the prophecised one chosen by the gods who is perfect in every way to still be a hero in the small, every day things he does. It looks like everything Fern and Frieren did for him on his birthday solidified that and made him recognize that his brother and master think highly of him and that he is a capable warrior who should be recognized for the hard work he puts in.

Easy Mode - A.I

>the person who calls stark ecchi constantly called stark ecchi for wanting to carry a girl >alicia - I CALLED THAT >me - o: !!

Alicia going to start new traditions... to be passed down FOR GENERATIONS!!!!

Now show me on the doll where the anime hurt you.

" I bet Himmel wouldn’t have run" To me that is such a heavy line. To Himmel and Heither not being able to pull the sword means they are not the chosen heroes. Making their mission a suicide one. Yet he went on anyway! ps: I think Heither was less of a true blind believer in the divine than Himmel ironically despite being a priest, so it might have affected him less.

"Stark was a coward who abandoned his village and ran." bro was literally like 6

CrazyChameleon

A little detail that some fail to notice. Is that Stark's brother was TRULY shocked when stark splashed him. Not bcause he was irritated but because STARK HIT HIM. Despite him never getting a speck on it before even in monster battles.

Malik myers

fern is just projecting the with perv stuff

The Force

I like the subtle idea that's planted that the Demon King *wasn't* the evil hell bent on destroying the world, since Himmel killed him but didn't need the sword. So there's another Hero to come, destined to stop something truly disastrous

The Force

Stark's story always get's me, it's so subtly built and hits so hard so fast

Love = Anticipating Someone's Needs

29:37 he held the tear, but Frieren understood the expression anyway. She's only done this for Stark because she's learning how precious these little things are for people in her Second Great Journey - that of Humanity

Nathan Lehenbauer

Man, the sword story still sticks in my mind. Because the prophecy wasn't "it will be pulled by the hero who will defeat the Demon King." It was "it will be pulled bed the hero who will defeat the great calamity that tries to destroy the world." Which, to me, means that the Demon King was *not* that calamity, but that there is another calamity still waiting.

17:39 I don't know Alecia, you're the one pointing it out. Could this be a *gasp* self-report?!
