The terrifying thing about Roy is he is so powerful he could essentially incinerate anybody he deemed an enemy. If he took over as Fuhrer in his pure hatred state he would pretty much be another Bradley (Wrath)

The moment where the Radio Crew pretend to be taken as hostages have been one of my favorite moments since first reading it in the manga. Closely followed by the "They need a tank" guy. Then we have Broshs little arc over the last couple of episodes, where he finally learns that Ross is alive. I just love how much the show invest in their friendship. And then we finally have someone teaching Envy the ancient lesson of "Talk shit, get hit".

What I love about the radio scene is that the narrative is not only defeating the bad guy and its all resolved it also takes such a big importance in the process after the war

Favourite part is that you can see Envy actually look at the spark for a split second before it ignites his tongue.

Grumman's East Army, Briggs Soldiers and Roy Mustang & Friends(tm) ARE all working together. But they ARE three distinct factions. So controlling the narrative is VITAL for coming out on top! And your analysis of Mustang? Great 8D Fantastic. And yeah, this episode is a Whore for ending like that (I *think* it mimics the Manga ending a chapter there 🤔)

That "Just start shooting at these white guys" goes really well with a DBS line "Don't shoot, he's not black". In both cases, they are ok in context.

God I love Mustang vs Envy. Especially given that we're not supposed to be cheering for Roy. We're supposed to be worried that he'll go so far that he won't be able to come back from the darkness.
