Sometimes I think the issue is where you draw the line in terms of forgiving abusers. Is it all equal or do circumstances matter?. Was the abuse constant or after external trauma? Is there reason to believe it wouldn't happen again? What causes it? Plus, there's always unreliable narrative as a factor. We've only heard about what happened to touya in vague terms until next episode. is his word a reliable account? Same as shoto's account in s2. We can talk more about this after the flashback stuff lol. And of course we only know what they show us. Stuff is left unanswered and open to interpretation. I'll type more after the conversation. I do think the todoroki family is fascinating.

Anime intros are 1:30min long, so in 90% of animes you can just jump 1:30 forward and dont miss anything from the episode itself, after the intro started

I’m probably gonna get flamed for this, but I don’t care, I love Endeavor. It’s clear he isn’t the man he was anymore so no, I don’t think he’s a piece of shit. I think it’s wrong to hold his past actions over his head when he’s actively trying to be better. That’s just fucked and it can be really hurtful and discouraging for the person trying to be better. He’s actually a pretty great hero, and probably my favorite, even more so than All Might or Gran Torino. 🤷‍♀️ No hate, everyone is free to have opinions, this is just my opinion. Oh and incase anyone wants to come at me and call me a child for my thought process, I’m 21, so not a child.

this episode hit me so hard for such a diffrent reason, my dad is a very proud person, he never shows his emotions, hes old school like that but i will always remember the one time i saw him cry, when he divorced my mom, how sorry he felt for putting us through this, i feel that in endeavor
