"Go into a room too fast, the room will eat you" love it. Last episode, the device Melba planted in thingy said 'explosive' on it.

Now That is dedication!! Hope you didn't get in trouble at work!! LOL

I see there's two episodes out this week.... Well, we're both going to be a little late for work my friend!

Aaaah another one of (if not) my favorite! The scenes between Amos and James are just chef's kiss. This show knows how to create juice-needing tension. And the music, the music!

Nothing better than getting home to find a Double Feature Expanse Reaction!

As per previous comments, this is the episode that aired when we found out the show was saved by Amazon!! (end of May 2018). This is probably the point where I felt like a true participant in the show. No other show has ever led me to be so involved so that we could get more deserved content! So much fun to come!!

The conversation between Jim and Amos in the infirmary was solid gold and it was very touching to see Amos extending himself to help Jim that way. Yet it also had me giggling with glee at the incongruity of this totally different side to Amos than we've seen before. It was such a delightfully unique juxtaposition for the two of them, which the actors pulled off so well, that the joy of seeing it play out was heartwarming yet so deliciously amusing at the same time somehow. This show never stops surprising me and I've seen it more times than I can count. Your reactions make it so much more enjoyable, the ones I expect and then the ones that always surprise me! Have I missed Case Study #3 or are you still working on it? Love those!

100%. And it's the scene that makes me really glad that the show chose to make the characters be at odds with each other in Season 1. I know book-readers sometimes wish that the crew were all cool with each other from the jump like in the books, but personally (and even as a book-reader) I find the journey from where they were in the pilot to where they are now (and beyond) to be much more satisfying.

Me, internally: "Oh yeah, new Expanse reaction is out, then I'll have to find something else to do." Me, internally, excitedly: "TWO!?"
