Good morning everyone and welcome back to 'The Bakery Bears Advent Calendar 2024'

What a wonderful trip we had yesterday to Kirkham Abbey. Now it's time to get cosy again in front of the fire with Kay. Today she shows you how to fold the brim of your hat and lets you know how to knit the body. Then of course, it's time for more story.

Join Kay this morning as she:

  • Opens ‘Day Nineteen’ of our ‘Advent Calendar’

  • Welcomes you to the next section of this years knit along

  • Shows you her progress so far & lets you know what we’ll be doing today

  • Shows you how to find your first stitch and start folding your brim

  • Lets you know when you can remove any stitch markers

  • Shows you what the brim should look like and lets you know how to knit the body of your hat

  • Reads to you the next section of this years ‘Christmas Story’

  • The next section of the pattern is attached to the bottom of this post. If you are uncertain how to download the pattern, this video shows you howhttps://www.patreon.com/posts/how-to-find-and-47907523

Thank you so much for watching and we'll see you tomorrow for Dan's last Church visit of this year's calendar.

Merry Christmas everyone, we hope you have the most wonderful day!
