This episode we tackle a subject all of us have to face as the years pass, getting older! This Easter we have enjoyed some movies which we thought came out only a few years ago, it turned out it was forty years ago. Its a feeling all of us have experienced, where did the time go and how do we deal with its passing gracefully?

I hear you loud and Clear Kay and I'm with you here and understand you fully. I turned 59 on December 28th last year so this ear I will turn 60 so I'm on my way through all these hormonal swings and will soon be on the other side of it and I have to say that I do miss the enjoyment of sex but nowadays it's just painful and it reminds me that my glory days are over. But we are all in this together Kay, you're not alone and we just have to make the most out of it. Hey ho!

I went through menopause a few years ago (56 now), and the hardest part for me was the fact that I felt my youth was gone...completely. It was the ending of a "stage" of my life that I had no choice in. I didn't want more kids, but my choice was taken from me...sounds daft, but it's how I felt :)
