Indo-Persian Federation was created by devouring various countries in Central Asia: Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Afghanistan, and South Asia: Pakistan, Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.

This time, the Indo-Persian Federation has decided on the military takeover of the Arabian peninsula...

Or at least what has remained from it, because after the war had ended, there was not much standing, and the newly established nations in the Arabian peninsula were hollows of their former glory.

It was still time in the oil. Thus, the Arabian peninsula became one of the prime targets for the USA, Dahan, GAU, Japan, and the New Soviet Union. There were a lot of fights in the place, and most of it was ravaged beyond salvation.

Aside from the Indo-Persian Federation taking over the entire territory of the Arab peninsula, they would be constructing the line of defenses so nobody from Africa could enter their territory.

This would for sure attract the attention of many warlords because the Arab peninsula was crucial for many. But it would be futile, as from what was known then, several rulers of nations in the Arab peninsula agreed to assimilate into the Federation in exchange for protection and cleaning out the entire peninsula from unsavory elements.

Mostly from warlords and military in the south and north.

Kiritsugu wondered about the proposal that was sent by USNA, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, the Northern Federative Kingdom, and some other countries to the High Table. What they basically wanted was for the High Table, with their army of assassins and soldiers, to clean out several of the unreasonable Warlords and terrorist organizations that were wreaking havoc in Africa.

Most of them were the ones that were operating around the shores of the continent, the southern part of the county, or from the island of Madagascar. These ones were the most problematic and needed to be dealt with.

Many of them were not interested in anything aside from conquest, and thus, they were doing rather a good job raiding the supply lines, ships, and anything that belonged to anyone else.

The problematic aspect was that there was a good number of Magicians among them, many of which were already confirmed to be High-Order Magicians, if nothing else, some with Incomplete Strategic-Class Magic, and obviously, there was also a whole bunch of Tactical-Class Magicians.

All of them needed to go.

All of that led up to Emiya Kiritsugu and the Yotsuba Clan being one of the founding members of the High Table and fabled Magus Killer. Kiritsugu could see the benefits of it because all the territories of the deceased warlords would fall under the control of the High Table when that happened.

In the end, he knew that the High Table would sanction the operation in Africa, and he would be one of the leaders of the operation. Nobody was better at killing Magician than the legendary Magus Killer.

Especially now that Kiritsugu was a full-fledged Strategic-Class Magician and High-Order Magician. Perfecting the Strategic-Class Magic, Time Collapse was of course kept under tight wraps, almost nobody knew about it.

Only his wife, father-in-law, and a few Elders of the Yotsuba Clan were aware of the fact, together with some members of the Project Exodus. Nobody else was allowed to be aware that Magus Killer was a Strategic-Class Magician.

For many, he was an extremely dangerous individual even before, when his Magic was much weaker, but now, his threat would be on an entirely different elve. As the Time Collapse was perfected to the Strategic-Class Magic, to complete from incomplete one, his understanding of the Time Collapse was frightening.

His combat prowess was several times higher compared to the past.

Unfortunately, he now understood the true despair of the other Strategic-Class Magicians because, without a catalysator, he could not even cast the proper Strategic-Class Spells or more powerful ones.

It was rather sad.

He predicted that his Psion Capacity should be at least several hundred times larger to freely ast full might of the Strategic-Class Magic as they wished. No matter how he looked at the topic, it was logical because Strategic-Class Magic was something that was capable of wiping out entire nations if it was mastered.

Its power was frightening.

Something that belonged only to the most powerful Archmages in the history of Earth, according to the writings.

However, human integrity was of most interest, as they managed to create a Strategic-Class Magic at a meager lower Order and with low Psion capacity, making up for the deficit with the CAD and Psions in the enviroment.

Unfortunately, any way to reach the Higher Orders was lost, and they needed to start right from scratch, which was the most unfortunate situation.

And the most annoying one as well.

"Are you brooding once again?"

He was disrupted from his moment of silence when Maya came to the garden within the main manor of the Yotsuba Village. It was a place where he was spending a lot of time, enjoying the tranquility and peace that this place had to offer.

"Not brooding, just thinking about the situation in Africa. Some of the places that are marked as problematic have mines with Antinite and several other precious metals that are needed for our devises. So taking over them would be really beneficial for the Yotsuba Clan and Project Exodus overall..."

This was also part of his preparation against the Burning Legion, as the Demons of the Burning Legion were Magic itself in their fundamental nature; Kiritsugu was researching a lot of means of countering the Magic.

At the same time, it was also highly probable that the world they would be migrating due to the activation of the Project Exodus would be even more magical than their own right now.

So, having means of combatting and effectively defeating Magicians would be paramount in the future if they wanted to survive and thrive in a more magically developed world. Maya, from one point of view, was a very good Clan Head of the Yotsuba Clan because she was reveling in the political intrigue and schemes and was doing a good job supporting his ambitions and goals in the form of Project Exodus.

At the same time, the previously small Yotsuba Village, was now once again a lot bigger, as the number grew from the previous 20,000 people to around 30,000 people and was still growing steadily.

There were a lot of new settlers, many of who were recruited through the channels of the High Table, mainly assassins and other skilled personnel, that passed the interrogation of the Yotsuba, and of course, his father-in-law would use his Mind Magic on them to see if they were truthful about their intentions.

Of course, there were some attempts to send in spies, mostly from the USNA, but those people were immediately killed, as most of them didn't have much worth. The rest, who were genuine in their loyalty, settled together with their families in the Yotsuba Village, where construction was full go.

Still, everything was done with the architecture of the old Japan, so it didn't disrupt the ancient-like scenery of the Yotsuba Village.

"Antinite would always be welcomed... if the Project Exodus takes us into another far more magical world, then right from the start, we would be at a severe disadvantage. The lack of powerful Magicinas would be shown in that place, so having means of combatting them until we are powerful enough is needed. Not to mention, even afterward, having Anti-Magic in Magic World is... op."

She said with a light giggle at the end of the sentence. Right now, they were preparing for the Project Exodus in various ways. A lot of their preparations included focusing on basics, in case the world that they had arrived in would reject technology or some greater powers would impose some restrictions on them.

It wasn't unfound worry, because from the records of the Aoba Clan, which they have obtained from Camelot, then ancient Archmages of Earth that were able to traverse through the Cosmos often noted, that technology and Magic didn't work together well, or that in my worlds, the world itself was rejecting the existence of technology.

She could see the point, as most technologically advanced industrialized societies were destroying nature too much. With Magic, such things were minimal...

"So what do you think? Would you take care of it?"

As the Clan Head of the Yotsuba Clan, Maya was in charge of several very important projects related to the Project Exodus. Currently, the population of the Japanese Imperial Hierarchy was around 50 million, which was rather low, though the population of the Magicians was steadily increasing over the years.

When the Project Exodus succeeded, they would need to take as many people with them as possible, or rather, as many of those who were willing to pledge their undying loyalty to the Yotsuba Clan and their rulerships, especially from the Magicians.

Obviously, the Dairenji Clan and Tsuchimikado Clan were already on the board, along with the Yamamoto Clan. Maya was steadily working on convincing other Clans and obtaining their loyalty because, within Japan, it was the Clans that held the highest number of Magicians, and they were thus the prime target.

Or rather, one could say that the entire Bloodlines were target.

For example, the Yotsuba Clan had around 150 members, but if the entire Bloodline was considered, then the number would be around 2,000 with all distant and far, far, far distant relatives, descendants, relatives of the descendants of the founding generation, and so on.

There were many people within Japan who didn't even know that they were related to the Yotsbua Clan. That was at least till Maya didn't give the order to Hayama Tnadori, the Head Butler, to start collecting these members and transporting them back to the Yotsuba Village.

She explicitly allowed them to use force against these people.

It was paramount that the Yotsuba Clan was bigger.

This was always their greatest weakness, as they didn't have a number, something that she put as her personal goal to remedy. When she was named as Clan Head, she immediately released some restrictions on the Branch Families and encouraged them to have more children.

All descendants of the Yotsuba Clan had a very high aptitude for Magic, and their low numbers were a serious disadvantage. Even though it isn't that visible right now, it will be a crucial aspect in the future.

And if it wasn't changed, then it would be terrible. The idea of the Yotsuba Clan ruling supreme couldn't stand on the shoulders of a few individuals, no matter how powerful or talented they were.

There was a need for far more people who would fill crucial positions in the new world that she envisioned after they migrated to safety, somewhere where the Burning Legion wouldn't be a threat.

"Yes... the temptation of the goods that are in Africa is too high, and Anticite is a crucial resource to the efforts of the Clan. Still, some of those bastards fighting in Africa for scraps are rather dangerous individuals... During the crackdown in North America, Europe, and parts of the Middle East, some of the powerful criminals relocated to Africa... they made the region that was already unstable fucked up even more than it already was."

During World War III, when nations around the world started dealing with criminal magicians and others who were deemed to be dangerous, some of the smarter ones took what they could carry and went to Africa.

Beucase it was turned into free zone essentially, it was also place where nobody would look for them and their home nations were alray preoccupied with more important matters than pursuing some criminals.

In fact, many allowed the passage or even facilitated it in some cases because it meant they could get rid of the criminal elements in their country without risking the lives of their Magicians and soldiers in risky operations.

"You should take some people from the Clan with you... it is dangerous and there is no need to risk that much with you current status."

It was clear to Kiritsugu that his wife was rather displeased with his decision to personally lead the clean-up operation against the terrorists, supervillains, and warlords on the African shores and some states.
