Maybe it would be worth exploring in the future when he gathered enough power and manpower. Crossing over the Shivering Sea was something that was considered almost bordering on suicidal tendencies.

However, it would be something that he would need to take a look at later because he was sure that there was a reason the red witch chose to say it. She always spoke cryptically and never spoke without a cause.

And there was certainly a cause in all of this.

He was sure.

If she mentioned this, then it was done purposely for some reason. Another thing that spooked him off a bit was still the first part of the warning because he now wondered if someone along the Dragonlord Houses that were responsible for the destruction of the House Tenebraenys knew about his existence.

While the chances were rather extremely low, to the point of zero, they were not at the point of zero, and there was still some small chance that somebody from them would discover that one living bastard son of the House Tenebraenys still lived.

If such was the truth, then leaving the Valyrian Freehold prematurely would be something that he would need to consider seriously. Considering his entanglement with the Red Temple and affiliation with the Astral, who was the primary enemy of the Church of the Dragon Gods, it would be the most prudent decision.

Valkorion looked around the busy streets of Volantis that were bustling with people. It seemed that today was rather a busy day at the Volantis, but that was almost every day because the city was one of the major trading hubs in Essos and probably also in the entire world.

He then went directly towards the headquarters of the Clan Ferros. The last time he was visiting there, before the trip to the Orange Shore, Camille Ferros was still there, and he had a feeling that she would be here even now.

During the trip to the Orange Shore and diving into the Undead Asylum Catacombs, Valkorion gathered a lot of things that needed to be sold for a good price. Within his Bag of Holding, he had a lot of things, mainly jewelry like rings, necklaces, and bracelets, and then there were gems.

Not to mention the Sealed Artifacts that someone needed to evaluate and put a price tag on them, or in the case they were useful, he would keep them. Though for that, he would need to find a skilled Beyonder in this area of work.

When he arrived at the Volentene Headquarters of the Ferros Chamber of Commerce, he searched for Camille; hopefully, she had finished dealing with the Dothraki. The horse lords were always a pain in the ass for the Valyrians because, while they were not a real threat per se, they were problematic to deal with.

Valkorion learned about the Dothraki from Mellisandre and Gotrik, who both had some dealings with them, and none of them were rather pleasant. Most Beoyonders among the Dothraki came from the Rider Pathway, which was named for Sequence 7 of the Great Stallion Pathway.

Great Stallion, according to the red witch, was one of the True Gods and fairly powerful because there were countless fanatical worshippers. Due to that, even though the Valyrians were powerful, they never really dared openly to destroy the Dothraki completely.

Push them to the brink of collapse, yes.

But not the genocide.

Such a thing would grow into the Divine War between the Gods, which was something that nobody really wanted.

Thus, the Valyrians maximally drove their kind to the brink of collapse, raided their cities, and often broke apart their largest and strongest Khalars. Apparently, as long as the Valyrians were not committing genocide and no High Sequence Beyonders of the Dothraki died, then everything would be all right.

Divine Wars could be unpredictable in most cases.

When Valkorion arrived at the Volantene Headquarters of the Ferros Chamber of Commerce, he went to one of the receptionists to ask if Camille Ferros was present, but as unfortunate as it was, the woman told him that they were not serving slaves there.

Apparently, she had mistaken him for a slave due to his rugged appearance and dirty pieces of armor, which weren't in a really good state, but unfortunately, nothing was seriously damaged.

He would just need to bring it back to the Forge Master for the repairs, and when he did that, he would also repay his debt of 5,000 Gold Dragon Coins that he owed to the Forge Master Goti Hammerson.

Though with his current wealth, the 5,000 Gold Dragon Coins weren't a lot, considering his overall wealth was moving around 80,000 Gold Dragon Coins according to his modest estimates if he included everything that he had deposited in the Iron Bank Account.

While he collected some rare ores during his travels, it wasn't enough to repay even a small part of the debt, and now, according to his calculations, he would be repaying his debt in cash as he would have some spare Gold Dragon Coins after buying the slaves.

Just as he was about to retort to the young woman behind the counter, who seemed to be Pure-Blooded Valyrian according to her appearance, he suddenly saw Camille Ferros, who strode through the halls of the Volantene Headquarters with her usual cold expression over her face as every single employee immediately started doing their job at 120%.

They knew that young ladies of the Clan Ferros tended to go on unannounced visits and control the employees and to see how exactly they were carrying out their duties. Obviously, the Clan Ferros won't be spending its money on the people who were just pretending to be working...

That was a big no-no.

"You should leave... this is a reputable institution that doesn't provide services to the slave, so..."

Just as the young receptionist was to say something to him, most probably to get lost, because she noticed that her boss was on the routine check of everything in the branch again, Camille looked their way as she noticed their commotion and immediately came forward.

Just as the receptionist wanted to say something, Camille beat her to it as she looked at Valkorion with surprise and mirth in her eyes.

"You look terrible... did the ruins collapse on you or get buried alive?"

She asked jovially when she noticed Valkorion's dirty and rugged appearance, which was rather rare, because since they knew each other, she knew that Valkorion took great importance in keeping up his appearance.

"Woa... I would never dream that you could tell a joke. Are you sure that you are not possessed by some Evil Spirit or something?"

Valkorion was rather surprised because this wasn't normal behavior from the fearsome ice princess of the Clan Ferros, Camille Ferros. He didn't even know that she could be this relaxed or something. It really seemed that she was in a good mood, almost unnaturally, which was unusual.

"So what has happened for you to be in this kind of good mood? Normally, you are colder than a block of ice in the frozen wastelands of the Lands of Always Winter."

He asked as her eyebrows twitched when she heard that.
