"Uncouth man, I will ignore this one because, indeed, as you said, I am in a rather very good mood right now. The Dothraki Khalasar that had previously robbed several of our shipments was destroyed with the help of the Dragon Riders, and we managed to recover a lot of stolen cargo from it. Ironically, even though the Dothraki managed to rob the caravans of the Ferros Chamber of Commerce, finding out who would buy from them was much harder than they expected..."

Camille Ferros grinned with glee because she managed to recover approximately 80% of what was lost. Only some Extraordinary Ingredients were lost, which the Dothraki most probably used for the Beyonder Potions or different types of Alchemy Potions.

Still, this was far better than they had initially estimated because she was thought that they wouldn't be able to recover anything from the stolen materials. But it seemed that the Dothraki were having a very hard time selling the stolen contraband.

There were two reasons for that, the minor one and the major one.

The minor one was most obviously the very reputation of the Dothraki, who were known as savage barbarian robbers, so not many respectable merchants and Chambers of Commerce would do business with them.

But it was the second reason, the major one, that broke their bandage, which was the fact that the merchandise that they were attempting to sell belonged to the Clan Ferros.

No one in their right mind would buy something that was stolen from the Clan Ferros, because even if the Dothraki found someone who would trade with them, as soon as the people realized that the goods were stolen from the Ferros Chamber of Commerce, then they would pretend that the Dothraki were never there in the first place and chase them out.

Valkorion knew that under the leadership of Camille Ferros, their Clan Ferros started taking some more drastic measures, and thus, in the Western Essos, there was practically no one who would dare to buy something stolen from the Clan Ferros.

If they did and the Ferros Clan discovered it, they would be either assassinated or burned to ash by the Dragonfire.

Since Camille Ferros took control of the Ferros Chamber of Commerce, she often worked with the Dragon Riders seeking some good coin . She hired them either to take revenge on the enemies of the Clan Ferros or to protect some of their most important caravans.

"Well, the only safe place where to sell something stolen from you would be the Westeros, but we know that Dothraki don't swim, and even if they managed to establish contact, then the Orthodox Churches would most probably seize it for themselves. That only leaves the Underground Kingdoms, but they have a good relationship with Valyria. So they could only go to the Golden Empire of Yi Ti, but crossing the mountain ranges separating Western Essos from the Eastern Essos would be impossible for them..."

Valkorion pondered out of loud at the misery of the Dothraki Khalasar. Because they had really, like, really huge piece of bad luck on this one.

The Dothraki must have invested a lot of manpower to deal with the caravan of the Ferros Chamber of Commerce, only to realize that the price of the merchandise that they obtained was unusable for them.

It seemed that they had made use of what they could make use of, and that was mostly the Extraordinary Ingredients that were used to make potions and other things for their devices.

The rest, like weapons, were useless. The weapons were too different from the typical weaponry used by the Dothraki, so they weren't useful without affecting their combat prowess or learning a new combat style.

The same could be said about the armorers and some other equipment because Dothraki didn't wear armor as that would slow them down on their horses, and some of the zealots believed that if they donned a suit of armor while on horseback, they would lose the favor from the Great Stallion.

They are a primitive bunch of people, indeed.

Most importantly, they couldn't really smell things down or create anything because, well, they didn't know how. The Dothraki didn't create new things. The number of Blacksmiths, Artisans, Craftsmen, and Beyonders who could create Sealed Artifacts could be counted on one hand.

Most of them resisted in the Vaes Dothrak, so many of the smaller Khallasars were literally forced to depend on robbing enemies for better or new weapons, armor, and other types of equipment.

The Dothraki were never really into creating things, as they were into destroying things.

"So, what's here for a commotion?"

After they finished their exchange about the Dothraki, Camille asked as she looked at Valkorion, who was meanwhile grinning at the receptionist behind the counter, who was now pale as a sheet of paper and was feeling extremely petty today.

Valkorion wasn't exactly a forgiving or forgetting person. He would never forgive or forget any kind of insult or slight toward his person, and he would always repay in full. Though as he looked at the young woman, he thought that it was rather shameful because she was pretty, but...

It seemed that she was out of luck today.

"Nothing much... just the mighty highty receptionist from there has sent this poor little slave away from the branch."

Hearing what Valkorion said, Camille's eyes twitched uncontrollably as she was furious right now; no... she was even beyond that... deep inside, she was absolutely enraged. Her menacing look in her eyes caused the two Beyonder guards who were accompanying her to almost take a step back as she slowly strode towards the trembling young woman behind the counter.

"Take her out and sell her to the New Ghis Auction House... such tender young meat would sell well some wealthy Nobles... disposable sex slaves are always in very high demand, especially the pretty ones..."

Camille Ferros finished with a feral grin as she looked at the young receptionists who almost collapsed on the ground while she was having a mental breakdown. She knew very well what fate awaited the disposable sex slaves; that was one of the worst possible fates for someone to have.

Many pretty young women were sold each year in the New Ghis or in some of the darkest places across the Freehold to the rich and powerful, where they served as their toys for entertainment.

Most of them died either from the brutal sexual torture that they were forced to experience day after day, month after month and sometimes even year, if the person who bought them wanted to play with them for a longer time.

Until they were just a hollow husk of what they were once.

"And sold her to someone who will keep her alive for as long as possible... it would be a shame if she died too fast."

As the guards were dragging the young woman, who was sobbing and releasing some incomprehensible screams for mercy or whatever, Camille issued one more order so the young woman wouldn't die too fast.

Valkorion even wanted to feel a bit bad, but in the end, he didn't really care.

For him, it was always very hard to have empathy with strangers.
