The voice of the Cathulhu referee resounded through the grand arena, which marked the end of another day of duels. At the same time, it was also the mark of several days that would serve as a pause between the intense tournament.

They were already in the half of the tournament, and the next match would be between the Pale Bloods of the Unicron Chaotic Source Dimension and Kadath City of the Outer Chaotic Source Dimension.

In the eyes of many, it would be another boring match because it was evident that the Kadath City would win for sure, though many speculated that the Champion of the Pale Bloods wouldn't go down without a fight.

Ōtsutsuki Yakou heard the voice of the Ōtsutsuki Sayoran, who was standing closest to the Crown Prince of the Ōtsutsuki Clan, as one of the Ancestors was observing the Grand Arena of the Tournament of Catomania.

Ōtsutsuki Yakou said almost absentmindedly as he looked at the Grand Arena, while preparing to leave the stands together with the other Clansmens of the Ōtsutsuki Clan back to their dwelling.

"I wonder how strong the Champion of the Kadath City would be..."

Yakou heard Ōtsutsuki Kirihara muttering as they were heading back to their cavern dwelling. He knew that the finals would probably be the showdown between the Ōtsutsuki Yakou and El Menuhyutt of the Kadath City.

Aside from that, there were were another matches waiting for Yakou and the upcoming opponents would be top-notch combatants even across the standards of the Tournament of the Catomania.

Only the strongest of the strongest could advance into the later stages of the Tournament. So, Yakou was rather wary about the upcoming matches, and he also needed to pay attention to the different matches that were to be. 

Especailly those related to the Kadath City, because he knew that the finals for sure would be against the Kadath City. So, he needed to gather as much data about his opponent for the final match as possible. 

There were not many pieces of information about the Champion of the Kadath City and it was one of the factions about which the Ōtsutsuki Clan had zero to no information...

So, he needed to gather the information during the Tournament and hopefully, there would be a lot of opportunities to obtain the information. Gathering some essential information about the Kadath City was a sheer impossibility even for the Ōtsutsuki Clan.

And as Tier 7 existence, Lord Shibai was bound by rules not to divulge anything, not like he would, because the Kadath City was one of the strongest factions in the Outer Chaotic Source Dimension.

Probing any factions of the Outer Chaotic Source Dimension was pure and utter madness because that would result in fact worse than death. Even for the Overlord-Class beings, it was impossible and they would face rather severe repercussions for such an act.

With the seeming number of the Detached Ones in the Outer Chaotic Source Dimension, the body really wanted to have anything with them, so the best thing that the other contestants of the Tournament of Catomania could do was to observe the people from the Outer Chaotic Source Dimension with a keen eye.

Something that Yakou was very good due to his multiple Dōjutsus...

He only hoped that the Pale Blood Champion would be able to push the Champion of the Kadath City enough for him to showcase more of his abilities during the duel, so he would have a lot more information to work with.

Though Yakou seriously hoped that something along those lines would really happen, but one could certainly happen. There were still chances and he had heard that the Princess of the Pale Bloods was a monster on her own.

After they had returned back to their dwellings, the other factions did the same, including those who failed in the Tournament and fell out of the competition. Yet, they still remained to observe the Tournament and see the winner.

Not to mention that this was a splendid opportunity to create new alliances and relationships between the factions. 

For the Ōtsutsuki Clan, it was the same thing, especially when they belonged to the weaker end of the factions that were present. Mainly because of their size, as they were certainly one of the smallest, but they also had only one Overlord-Class entity which was only the Lord Shibai.

This was a prime opportunity for the Ōtsutsuki Clan to create some new business relationships with the other factions for the cultivation resources because their knowledge of the God Trees and creation of the Chakra Fruit was technically speaking the universal thing.

The God Trees could theoretically produce any kind of Fruit filled with any energy if they were manipulated to do so by the Divine Lineage Ōtsutsukis that had the God Tree Control Ability. 

For the others, it was impossible, so the Ōtsutsuki strived to establish a business relationship with some of the factions for more exotic resources. Especially those who were pursuing the path of cultivation were more interested in the business, because of the similarities in the power system.

Those of the Great Xia Chaotic Source Dimension were already greatly interested in the concept of the Chakra Fruits because they could tremendously speed up their cultivation. 

For the Ōtsutsuki Clansmen, the Chakra Fruits were essential and in many cases one of the primary cultivation resources, as they were increasing their Chakra Energy Reserves and also helping them in the Body Refining. 

Each Chakra Fruit that was made with the Sacrifice was also perfecting their Genetic Code and their Genome. Even across countless Chaotic Source Dimensions, the God Trees of the Ōtsutsuki Clan were considered as peerless treasures and one of the very rare ones with such a result.
