The first ones to visit the Ōtsutsuki Clan were the people from the Hall of Souls, which wasn't that surprising. The Hall of Souls was one of the factions that would do everything in their power to obtain power.

So, planting the God Trees and harvesting the Fruits was nothing new to them. They wouldn't really care about the slaughter of the trillions of beings in order to obtain power, so for the Hall of Souls, the Ōtsutsuki Clan was a natural business partner and vice versa.

Even for the Ōtsutsuki Clan, the Hall of Souls were the preferable ones from the present factions, aside from the factions of the Outer Chaotic Source Dimension, but in truth, the Ōtsutsuki Clan didn't really wish to meddle with them.

There were too many variables and unknowns when dealing with the people of the Outer Chaotic Source Dimension, especially those standing at the top of the Dimension.

Within the personal dwelling of Lord Shibai, the ultimate ruler of the Ōtsutsuki Clan, he another person was sitting across from the Primogenitor of the Ōtsutsuki Clan. It was a man with a very similar, if not identical, appearance to the Champion of the Hall of Souls, Hun Tianwei.

"So, what do you say about the proposal for the cooperation?"

Hun Tiandi was the current Hall Master of the Hall of Souls; he was also an Overlord-Class cultivator from the Great Xia Chaotic Source Dimension.

The Hall of Souls was far more powerful than the Ōtsutsuki Clan was, but that was also the great difference between the Ōtsutsuki Clan and the rest of the factions within the Tournament of Catomania.

Age-wise speaking, the Ōtsutsuki Clan was the youngest faction within the Tournament of Catomania because their age was something around only a few million years. The sole thing that the Ōtsutsuki Clan lacked in the development area was the time...

If they were given enough time to develop, they would produce far more Chaotic Origin Lifeforms on the peak of Tier 6 and even more Overlords, not to mention they would, for certain, produce at least one Lord of Chaos.

Sometimes, time was the sole thing that was needed, and the Ōtsutsuki Clan didn't have such a long history like the rest of the factions that were participating in the Tournament of Catomania and some had a history of billions upon billions of years.

"The Hall of Souls would be glad to work with the Ōtsutsuki Clan on this project."

Hun Tiandi stated as he thought about the proposal put forward by the Ōtsutsuki Shibai.

The Hall of Souls was a faction that was even smaller in numbers than the Ōtsutsuki Clan, though they were far stronger. At the same time, they were the most spread factions across reality because they had a unique method of traversing through the Chaotic Source Dimensions.

For sure, they were able to find even entire Chaotic Source Dimensions to harvest for souls, and if they could do it, then the Ōtsutsuki Clan would get access to such worlds, where they could implement the ultimate plan.

Planting the God Trees would process either the entire Chaotic Source Dimension or at least a huge part of it for resources. This would allow them to create the Fruits, which could help some of their strongest clansmen to advance.

Not to mention, he himself, was stuck at the Overlord-Class for a long time, and he was only one step away from becoming the Lord of Chaos, but he couldn't cross the last part. Lord Shbai calculated that he could overcome the last hurdle, if he got the Chakra Fruit that used as its source material the entire Chaotic Source Dimension.

But finding a suitable Chaotic Source Dimension was far harder than one could think because it couldn't be a very big Chaotic Source Dimension and at the same time, it couldn't be a very small one.

At the same time, they needed to find such a place that didn't have anyone protecting it, as long as it had some Overlord-Class being, then the Lord of Chaos, because then the Lord of Chaos would be able to utilize the entire Chaotic Source Dimension in his fight.

And if the place had too many Overlord-Classes, then they would need to kill them all; basically, there were many variables...

"We have several suitable Chaotic Source Dimensions that are very, very small but should be enough to create Chakra Fruit that would be effective even for someone on the peak of Tier 6..."

The Hall of Souls naturally already had a list of several Chaotic Source Dimensions that were very young and very small and would be the most suitable for planting the God Tree that would use the entire Chaotic Source Dimension as its fertilizer.

Not every Chaotic Source Dimension was big; some were relatively small, some were even smaller than the Unicron Chaotic Source Dimension and some were even small enough to be comparable to the biggest Origin World within the Unicron Chaotic Source Dimension in size.

It wasn't anything surprising to see or hear...

"What about the distribution of the souls?"

The souls were the domain of the Hall of Souls that was hounding every precious soul they could get their hands on, especially those who were powerful, or had some mutations, or belonged to the Sons of Destiny.

"We have interest only in a specific type of the Souls; the rest could be used to the God Tree as nourishment."

Hun Tiandi had interest only in unique and particular Souls that could be used in the Hall of Soul; for all he cared, the rest could be used as nourishment for the God Tree to give birth to even more powerful Chakra Fruits.

"About that... the Clan would be interested in buying refined Soul from you."

This made the current Hall Master of the Hall of Souls raise his brow as grew his curiosity.

"Continue..."

It was not every day that Overlord-Class, being like Lord Shibai, would personally want to buy Refined Soul from the Hall of Souls.

"Refined Soul with the affinity to the Dao of Dust."

Hearing this, Hun Tiandi knew that it was for the Crown Prince of the Ōtsutsuki Clan because the Hall of Souls was one of the few factions that knew that the Crown Prince of the Ōtsutsuki Clan was born with a terrifying affinity for the Dao of Dust.

"Hmm... that would take time; Dust is very, very rare Dao and people with an affinity for it, are rare, not to mention those who have mutated Souls to fit the Dao of Dust."

Lord Shibai knew that it wouldn't be immediately, but even though he wanted to get his hands on the thing as soon as possible.
