PG 386/389 WIPS + Soft Covers (Patreon)

Hey!

I have some WIP stuff below but first-- Oren's Forge Volume One Soft Covers! They turned out really well-- my main concern had been print quality on the blue/green pages (blue can print too dark, green can just print pale). They turned out great though, contrast looks good, all that.

Someone had asked about the art I used for the collection cover of Volume Three, Shadow of the Sun!

I don't intend to use it as the official cover or anything-- I had just put it together as part of the volume announcement. Here it is in all it's glory, tho!

PG 386:

This panel started with me looking for the "action" line that I felt was the most dramatic, followed by some flappy-arm Swifts as I played with the pose.

PG 389:

At the start, you can see a bit of another idea I had been playing with for the panel, for a top/down look. I didn't find it very interesting/it wasn't coming together, so I changed gears (I'm a sucker for a low-angle.)
