Silas is a immortal who drinks blood he isn’t a vampire but immortals still need to drink blood! They aren’t vampires but have a taste for human blood we don’t know why that’s just why!!

Silas isn’t a ‘vampire’ in a typical sense. He drinks blood to survive but that’s his only vampire trait. He’s an immortal witch… anything immortal needs blood. Vampires can’t go in the sun & have super speed and compelling abilities. It’s confusing but that’s why he’s still a witch because he’s not technically a vampire except the fact he drinks blood

I live in Sacramento, California and would do an 8 hr drive to L.A. in just 5 1/2 hrs easy. And often, especially when my daughter was in college. I’d take her supples and come back. Some people aren’t phased with drives. As a vampire, sense of time is different. I can’t imagine they’re daunted by it 🤷🏽‍♀️.
