Honestly if y’all wanna take a break from TVD and just do The Originals for a bit I’d be fine with that. If you guys are already exhausted with the show, S5 will be extra hard to get through because it’s considered to be one of the worst (obviously not a consensus, just a popular fandom opinion). S6 is as good as some of the best seasons of the show however, so just proceed however you feel.

Stefan saying "I'm not happy about Elena, but I'm not not happy for you either. I just want you to know that" is exactly why Stefan is the better brother because if Elena would have chosen Stefan again, Damon would not have said that to Stefan because Damon has always been the immature one of the two. Stefan saying that just shows even though him and Damon have had their ups and downs (mostly downs), he respects him. It's just so crazy to me that Stefan is the younger brother and yet he acts way more mature than Damon does.

It's been said plenty of times in this show that when a witch brings someone back from the dead, there's always a consequence. Bonnie dying was her consequence for bringing Jeremy back which is why he grams kept trying to stop her from doing it when Bonnie was doing that spell.

I freaking love Matt and Rebekah together 😩🥹 I don't even like Elena anymore but, Katherine blaming Elena for stealing her life is wild 😂 Katherine had so much time to build a life for herself while she was on the run from Klaus because I genuinely believe he wasn't exactly looking for her (just like he wasn't for Tyler), Katherine could have still lived her life up she chose not to which was her own fault. Elena force feeding the cure to Katherine was so smart though.

Caroline sending a graduation invitation to the man who killed her bffs aunt, killed her bff(temporarily but still), enslaved her Bf, tormented her & her friends for months and murdered her bfs mother (a woman shes known her entire life) is so………shes such a fucking hypocrite I can’t stand her ass 😭 and Klaus is my man & i personally dont gaf about what he did and I will defend it but like for her to be so judgmental of everyone & their decisions and never shutting up about it is irritating bc no one ever gets to get on her ass. Yall pissing me offfff. Every thing comes together and they explain everything. It’s not just to “continue”. Yall clearly don’t get the concept of a cliff hanger in a show. It’s basically the middle of the show so obviously they have to continue the damn story. You said “what else is there to unpack” and “how is it gonna end” you have to watch the damn show to know…the show is based on a book as well. Yall really do need to continue. Remember this is a 8 season series with 22-24 ep each, not like the new type of shows that have 8 or 10 a season. This is more so long term storytelling, every single show yall watch with that many seasons can feel stale at some point. Now obviously don’t force yall self to watch something you don’t want, but I do suggest to stick with is bc imo I’ve watched this show about 8 times now and everything makes sense and come together. There’s huge lore yall would be missing still

Speaking on the finale, I’ve commented this before on another TVD video but if yall overthink every single little thing on this show it will become too much. Yall just need to watch and it will come together. Just give it some patience. As for the history things being added it’s expected. Imagine how boring a show would become if they stick to the same things. It would get repetitive imo

FINALLY DELENA TIME WHEWWWW. i love their story so much. just ugh. perfection. their chemistry is off the chains. i do feel for stefan. it definitely shouldn’t have gone that way. but idk, when you know you just know. stelena was cute. innocent, young first love. but delena is just intense, unapologetic grown love.
