Two footed tackle from the rear, off the ground and out of control it doesn’t matter if you get the man, the ball or nothing it’s the type of tackle that ends careers and rightly deserves a red. Stewart is an absolute imbecile, zero understanding of the rules and a total joke.

There's been far too many games for us this season where the refs have let challenges fly in and build up to someone putting in a shocker. No other refereeing body can hold a candle to the SFA's ability to let a game grow more and more heated until someone puts in an assault for someone to leave on a stretcher or on crutches. Good win, only Clement could do what he's doing with a medical department and refereeing body run by Ronald McDonald and Krusty the clown.

You are right. It’s the same on sky with Sutton and Boyd. It’s just a pantomime that makes Scottish football look even more unprofessional. Seems to work as a way to get people talking though. We have our say then everyone who hates us has their say. It’s will go on all week even though it was quite a routine victory.

The pitch was like a ploughed field tonight, and that was what caused the problem for Butland. The ball hit a divot in the goal, and he was made to look stupid by a bad groundsman. Considering we were leggy it was a good result. It’s the first time Hibs have looked capable against us this season, but it was mostly down to our tiredness. Two games to go lads, and then you can get a rest. Just empty the tanks against Benfica and Dundee and you get two weeks to rest and get ready for the run in. We have a lot of football ahead of us, so let’s make sure we’re more busy on Thursday, as it’s the sign of a successful team.

Stewart’s commentary is genuinely laughable, at one point he said “forget the rules, let’s look at what actually happened”. A prick of a man, who not only does not know the rules, but clearly has no intention of learning them.

Scottish football loves to hate us and itself to death. I’m in the Craig Levein camp with Michael Stewart.. he is a “bellend”. An absolute clown, and it says a lot for how far the standards and BBC Scotland have fallen that he gets the amount of airtime he does. Leave the rest of the league to get on with hating us and each other while (yet again) we are the only Scottish team looking forward to a mid week European tie. Maybe if the other teams in the league spent less time trying to dive into tackles and play the “hard man” and tried playing more football they would last a little bit longer in Europe. Ack well….

Lundstrum was outstanding v a team who were adamant in halfing our players at any given opportunity. I also thought Tav put in a good performance especially with him popping up on the left and through the middle at times.
