Ahhhhh preview 💙 real football back at last!!!! Hibs will go for it and that will suit us in terms of getting the 3 points so I’m confident rather than playing a stuffy team we have to grind down and work out a way through so roll it on. Long as we stay tight at the back and no brain fart moments during the game!

Thanks for answering my question. For me if we don’t get the champions league money we have to sell Butland but not for less than £15m. I would really like to keep hold of Yilmaz - think he could be a key player next season and will be worth more as a result

Surprised at the negativity on Silva. Think he’s a really good player and with Sima coming back I’d love to see him get a run centrally to see what he can do there. Dessers has shown his all round game is short in big games.

Excellent show gents. Minor quibble the mental gymnastics over Dessers is just bizarre these days. Numbers now don’t matter as a striker ? Numbers are ALL that matters as a striker. If we have 10% possession and the striker misses ten chances, all sitters but still scores 3 it’s irrelevant. If they can’t hold up play but have a goal a game ratio it doesn’t matter. If they are rubbish in the air but sclaff 30 in a season it doesn’t matter. This snobbery around what Dessers can’t do while we laud guys like Silva or Sima who don’t have the same numbers is madness it’s why Colak was hounded out when he probably would have been unstoppable under Clement. Time to stop focusing on the marginals, it’s all about output and people can like him or lump him but he delivers.

Evening all, excellent result today despite the circumstances and excellent preview as always. I understand that next week’s preview is going to be a bumper pod due to the high stakes nature of the result. But I have one gripe from todays game that I’d like to hear your thoughts on: David Dickinson has had one of the worst refereeing performances ever seen at Ibrox today. One incident in particular concerns me most and it’s the drop ball decision he has given towards the end of the game. The hibs player goes down, holding his head, in his own box and we have possession. The referee correctly stops play, and then somehow decides to give David Marshall the drop ball? Is this a law of the game I am not privy to or has Dickinson set a precedent that all teams have to do at Ibrox to stop a promising attack is go down in their own box holding their head and the referee will just give you the ball back? It was my understanding that the ball should go back to the team in possession. In general I thought he had a complete disaster start to finish and only started giving us decisions when it went 3-1. Thoughts gents?
