Makes me so proud to be a Rangers fan with the charity work being done in our name...only through the hard work for our charity team....I donate when I am buying a ticket and when you have a bucket day ..but I think the foundation should be allowed collection at every game ...god bless all those who do the fund raising with walks..sleep in ect...keep up the good work.

Great pod, Steven. Such magnificent work by the Foundation which makes you so proud to be a Bear. The pathetic accusations about the Foundation stealing money shows just how twisted are the minds of Rangers-haters.

Great pod Stevie. Thanks so much for bringing this to us and highlighting the magnificent work of the Charity Foundation. Please pass thanks to Connal, it was so interesting to hear all the different causes supported. I think we as a support don't throw enough of our considerable weight behind the Foundation. Plenty spent on overpriced beer, pies, etc on a match day. £5 x 50,000 fans on one matchday, once a year, nets the Charity £250k. We have Armed Forces Day, Rememberance Day, Jan 2nd - why not a full on Charity Foundation Day? Well publicised in advance, get the sponsor switched and logo on the matchkit, stalls round the ground & fanzone, promote the full 'Rangers Family' ethos. Engage the ultra for a tifo that day. I fully appreciate the decorum & nobility in which the Foundation conduct themselves and their work. Follows club values, appropriate and entirely laudable. But! The power of Rangers matchday fanbase is immense, the wider fanbase even moreso. Get the cause 'trending' as an annual event to fundraise, and promote the wonderful works done. The club has a good social media / marketing team showcasing kit, events, interviews, etc which can be utilised to further engage the fans, raise awareness and fundraise. NOT having a dig at how the Foundation runs now, not in the slightest. But our support can support it more than we currently do. It's about making the platform for that to happen, for example this interesting, heart warming and enlightening podcast.
