It's tremendous that the Walter Smith statue is about to be unveiled Cup Final day. The man is everything a Rangers manager should be. The fact he was a well respected man is how he lived his life. A terrific Rangers man who's humility shown through. I was wondering if the Club will be renaming the Copland Road stand after him as well.. ?

That tune brings back memories of the “hand clap” we used to do . Especially fond memories of the full Rangers end at the old Hampden and the Piggery, all clapping as one 👍🇬🇧

When was the last time that you, Stevie and CJ done a pod together? I know that there is a lot of joking about the winning streaks when you do them but just in case all that mumbo jumbo is real, don’t you think that an emergency pod should be done before the game at the weekend?

Thanks for the update David. Walter is alongside Struth and Waddell in gravitas as Rangers manager. Every one of us should try to be more like him in our conduct. So before 'giving it' to our player from abroad who is trying to settle in to the country, city & club or our academy kid trying to make his way in to the side, pro game & adult life or any other Rangers player. Just imagine Sir Walter standing right next to you and think what he'd say to you about what you were doing and saying! The stadium footprint roads should be named to honour our greatest legends eg area behind the Copland named Walter Smith Way. A tribute and great for directions for tourists, visitors, non regular fans. It can be monetised with fan paving stones, bricks, plaques for other player legends. Look up (or visit) Liverpool's 97 Avenue to see just how well it can be done.
