If only training at Gullane sands was still an option.

I did recommend Andrew from the very beginning. He’s a brilliant CEO and an absolute gentleman. I think the fans would love him

Graham Roy

The fact that we are clearly looking to shift the likes of Cantwell shows a shift in mentality. Let’s hope the players we are bringing in are better than those leaving!

John Breen

I’d be sad to see Cantwell leave. Wright has been their 4 years too long

Stewart Campbell

Will Igmane be away to Olympics? Would be a blow if so.

Gregg

Used to do this for pre season with my amateur team - a good laugh. Always got one or two spewers

Stewart Campbell

Problem with Stevens is who knows what’s happening with the b team, more pointless friendlies ?

Ross Whitehead

When I first heard 'My Hero', I thought it was "There goes my hero, Sergeant Air-raid", then I read the lyrics and realised it was "There goes my hero, he's ordinary" - I still sing my version

Dave Fleming

He was also SFA Director of Governance at the SFA, and Regan’s No2, in 2012 when the SFA punished us for Whyte’s actions and gave us an illegal punishment. Not sure that is the best place to be coming from.

John Smith

I can’t speak to that Dave but the one time I’ve spoken to him he didn’t come across as anti Rangers

Stace1ofthePeople

The likes of tav and cantwell leaving gives me the fear as going by our track record we have never replaced or upgraded on players who have left us that actually contributed. Need some proven decent signings to come in and provide goals

Russ

Would the NIFL be plausible for the B team? Or would the logistics and politics get in the way? It's a higher standard than the lowland league I'm guessing.

Bryan Watson

Great tune for today. Foo Fighters were tremendous at Hampden last week. A rare enjoyable trip to the National Stadium.

Derek MacMillan

Amortization was the word you were looking for when talking about the contracts. Don't mind the idea of taking Hearts' CEO. Feels like a sensible option. A bit unusual from us!

Gregg

That FFP thing sounds a bit like what Juve and Barca done with Pjanic and Artur

Ian McManus

Far higher standard than lowland league. Linfield and Larne are Scottish Championship level. However, can’t see it happening ever. Scottish teams would have to play in the NIFL championship because there’s no way our clubs are risking giving up European qualification money to Rangers B.

Andy sawers

I know this is the daily update but Clarke's Xenophobic meltdown was a bit rich from a man that was glad chelsea took him away from all that hatred not too long ago

Russ

Aye that's fair, I'd think there'd be an agreement for that eventuality, though - UEFA wouldn't allow B teams in their tournaments surely? I'd have thought the push back against having a Scottish/Rangers side in NI would be stronger than them possibly qualifying for Europe? Thanks for the feedback mate.

Russ

I mean, would Iceland be too fanciful or what? We already play their teams in friendlies.
