Normally, I'd be happy with this draw but not with this current bunch of players. IMO Champions League qualification is vital but the board doesn't seem to think so going by their lack of action. Hopefully, this week will see a lot of movement, if not, consider the panic button pushed.

Think it gets announced just before the first Q3 tie. Otherwise it gets a bit complicated when 2x rounds before haven’t been completed, you end up with scenarios such as “one of these 8 sides will play another”

Partizan whilst arguably a tougher away atmosphere, would probably be a better side to face. You don’t know what to expect with Kiev and Shakhtar these days, sometimes their brilliant and others they’re woeful. Expect we’re hoping to get by with Dessers and co and then if we make the PO round, we’ve banked the extra £5million and had a bit more time to move out some of the dross. Big concern is who is in charge out outgoings, Koppen has a title that sounds like he just recruits in (and no previous DOF experience), we’ve got no CEO, I doubt very much that Bennett and co have much expertise in the area either…
