I've only ever seen 1 naked lady while doing the windows, it was a long time ago, I was about 18-19 and so was the woman. I'm pretty sure it was deliberate because she saw me when i was cleaning the living room window and when i got to her bedroom her blinds were wide open and she was...let's say she was pleasuring herself as I got to the top of the ladder. I often wash my hand and face with cold water because I’m one of those people that hates being too hot and likes cool weather, cold pillows etc. From a functional point of view of there is no performance gain to washing/showering yourself with hot water. It doesn’t clean you any better/deeper/more hygienically than cold water. For that to be the case the water would have to be so hot that your skin would burn

I am going to Calpe in Spain tomorrow on holiday. 14 of us going for my Dad’s 60th in a Villa. Might be cooler in May, but average temperature for August is early 30’s, so probably going to be too hot

True, but the temperature of the water makes no difference to the cleaning power of the water itself. Also worth noting that what you said is true of warm water but not hot water; it lathers worse in hot water

Before I brush my teeth I use cold water but after I finish I use hot water to clean the brush better

Great show as always lads. For anyone interested in giving something back, have a look into MCR pathways. 1 hour a week mentoring in a school. Really worthwhile and very rewarding. They generally struggle for mens men type mentors. More and more employers are getting on board and allocating time. Give it a thought. Cheers.

I'd recommend anyone that has a labour intensive job to get a massage regularly, I get maybe 4 a year more if my back is playing up , get a deep muscle sports massage , the lassie that I go to is quite " thorough " and only charges £35 for an hour ....... analogue book ?? WTF ?? Whats next ? Before we had emails we had " Letters " are they now analogue mail or amail for short .

Buffalo is in the State of New York but it’s up beside the Canadian border beside Niagara Falls around 400 miles away so the temperatures are colder there than New York City. Enjoyable listening again chaps! I appreciate y’all!
