Matondo not going to Leeds Bugger

John Smith

If Bennet is voted out at the AGM I’m guessing it would be Wolhardt who replaces. Ideally we’d get an EGM and my guy John Halsted takes over. Who of the current board would you like to see as Chairman ?

Graham Twycross

Sorry but your opinion on attending away games against them is miles off from most fans. When we are away from home and need a boost, that comes from us!!

Stace1ofthePeople

Gutted matondo is not going to Leeds. Is there any strong rumours at all about incoming players?

Colin

Like I said on the pod my thoughts on this debate are mine and mine alone they will be different from many others and that’s allowed.

Fraser Wells

With all due respect Colin, you are miles off it in regards to OF ticketing allocation. You are quite happy to ruin one of the best derbies in that world and let younger bears who never experienced Parkhead miss out because you were upset with how they acted at ibrox, that’s what derbies are all about😅😅 And to be quite honest the only club to blame for not having away fans at the first two fixtures is Rangers. Who can believe this board when they speak about completion dates. Celtic are piling on the misery to put more pressure on our board and if the shoe was on the other foot I’d want the same because it’s a rivalry!!!

Robert White

Matondo. Lawrence. Davies. I read £24M in fees and wages. Not every player can be a success but only one of Beales bunch has worked. Butland and he's now shaky. Board change required. Hopefully fans stay with the team.

Tamus

Couldnt disagree more, imagine Rangers fans wanting to shaft loyal season ticket holders in the Broomy and fill it with Tims so the usual subjects can get tickets for the piggery Fq Penn State FC Ibrox for Rangers fans

John Smith

23 years old. Left back. I think cover for Ridvan. Another prospect so 50/50 if it works out I reckon

Graham Jones

All we do is wait and see how much they give us, find the equivalent percentage at Ibrox and give them that. So if they give us around 4%, we offer them the same and they can take it or leave it. I’m the same as you, in thatI I couldn’t care less if they never set foot inside our stadium ever again. Rangers must stick to their guns and never give them the Broomloan ever again. The club needs to appoint a top football CEO, who actually knows what they’re doing, and he/she has to have a record in the game of making a difference where he’s been. We also need better decision makers on the board who know how to build businesses.

Luke

I don’t think it is fair to criticise Clement in terms of not being able to improve what’s there. Those players haven’t shown any improvement under any of the past managers. Unrealistic to expect any of these players to turn their game based on recent history.

Ally Mair

As much as I think getting rangers fans into parkhead would help the team I’m fed up with that shower from across the city decided what happens , I’m now at the stage of being quite happy to tell them to get to fuck once and for all

Graeme Guthrie

We were promised a rebuild and the squad now is WORSE than the team that threw away the league last season, with no signs anything will change.

David_Davy_Dave

Very weak statement re tickets If we failed to be in a position to give Celtic tickets in Jan we should have faced sanctions Celtic reneged on the agreement and so should face sanctions. We should have said as much What the board need to do now is crack on with securing permits and doing this work. They then need to be very public on showing off it is complete and in place well ahead of the Jan game

Fraser Wells

The days of them getting the Broomloan are well gone but we somehow manage to move fans for larger European crowds (eg Liverpool and dortmund come to mind) We’re miles behind Celtic on the pitch and in September the rangers players could have done with a large rangers support backing them not 60000 tims.

Alan Riddell

Totally agree with your view about ticket allocations. They have their own agenda as usual and they must never get the whole Broomloan stand ever again. I was close to 800 of them last time and to say it was vile and toxic is an understatement. Yet again they get away with what they want and the ‘around5%’ nonsense is typical of their pettiness. Over 50 years of supporting Rangers I have 100s of reasons to hate them, but they keep coming up with new ways for me to continue it. WATP.

James Anderson

Celtics's agenda is to get the full Broomloan stand, they must not succeed.

PR__92

We always hear the money from the tv deal is not enough ever since the away fans have not been allowed in sky have been overpaying there is no USP for the league anymore the OF is now just a bog standard Scottish game in my opinion

chris smith

A mate said to me the other day that buying a £5m player these days is the equivalent to ordering the second cheapest bottle of wine on the menu …

Alan Ferguson

Have to disagree re the Old Firm ticket fuck up….our board are 100% to blame, they couldn’t organise a piss up in a brewery! If we had simply kept our end of bargain and put everything in place as required then Celtic would’ve had to give us an allocation for 1st September. The way our board have screwed everything else up I can’t blame Celtic for having doubts as to whether we will have things in place for January fixture.

Heart and Hand

Nah, they are at it. I get we’re angry at our board (deservedly) but let’s not forget exactly what they are. They applied for the licence 3 months before the fixture. There are just under 5 months to the 2nd game. They are playing to their fans and putting the boot in knowing a lot of our fans are so angry they’ll just blame our board. Don’t fall for it bud. Equally, the other things you are angry at the board for remain perfectly valid.

Alan Riddell

Notice they have trotted Rodgers out with his and their ‘it’s not a septic/Rangers problem, it’s just a Rangers problem’. Playing to their fans and he’s one of the worse. What a tadger of a bloke and that club are worse.

Alan Ferguson

The deal was struck on 29th March this year. The perspective that Celtic applied 3 months before the fixture (around late May/early June) I interpret as they got their finger out, did what was needed and applied for licence within about 2 months of deal being agreed….meanwhile now almost 5 months after the deal being struck our board have still got their heads up their arses.

David Kiltie

The Manky Mob should be confronted with their own logic.Lawwell and co pander to the LCD of their support - Sevco, Zombies, YNRA, We’re not half of anything, One Club Since 1888, the Opposition etc. if they see a game v us as the same as a game v Patrick Thistle or Queens Park, or see a trip to Ibrox as no different from visiting SMISA or McDiarmid, then they must accept that their visiting fans have no greater entitlement to tickets at Ibrox than would the fans of any “jobber” team. Typical of SMSM to pander to that lot and blame it all on “big, bad Rangers”. End of rant!
