Shambles of a window looks like

Latimer

Cantwell deal done by looks of it

Gordon Mitchell

Hagi snr. hasn't helped his son. He needs a does of humility rather than being gas lit his entire life. He needs to be told he's not as good as he thinks he is and he's not a superstar.

Jim McCutcheon

Thanks guys, this is worrying times if we don't bring in a few new additions 😐 time is running out rapidly

David Findlay

We aren’t signing anyone it’s all a smokescreen. All jokes aside the club need to get a move on and get players in asap

Greg

Fully expect one loan tomorrow, dragged out till late then that Chris jack ghoul telling us that's it!

Granters

His agent seems to be an absolute clown too. Agree though, i think Hagi Jr has had a shock to the system about the level of club that’s actually interested in him now. Seems he’s realised he’s getting nowhere near the money he’s on at us, and nowhere near the size of club. Must be a shock after his old man pouring pish into his ear.

Steffen McAndrew

With Tav - who I have adored - Dessers leading the line, and no quality CD to start alongside Proper, we are in real trouble this season.

Granters

If we don’t bring players in and are easily beaten on Sunday - a scenario i think is looking likely - things are going to go pretty toxic pretty quickly. I hope i’m wrong.

Bixby Snyder

Cantwell & Hagi reek of Dunning-Kruger. I think Wright is the only player with a grounded expectation of his abilities and standing within the club.

C. J

Agreed. Also, I have worked with the girl in your profile photo. Hahaha.

C. J

Hagi Sr acts like some sort of media gangster. Guy comes across like an absolute buffoon when it comes to Ianis. They think he’s Neymar when he’s clearly nowhere near CL level.

Alan Baxter

I’ve had faith this week after Phils comments at weekend but im quickly running out of that as we get to 24 hours to go and nothing other than a maybe on the Albanian boy

Jim Milne

With each passing week I have less and less faith in Phil and his words.

We have had a really poor summer on and off the park. We have ended up weaker than the team that finished last season which is horrendous given that team wasn't good enough. We need a minimum 4 players to be competitive imo, a CB, 2 CMs (number 6 and number 10), a winger. Its just not happening. I feel bad for Clement, clear he has been sold down a river. He isn't perfect but he always communicates with purpose if he has said something he has said it for a reason. I don't think he would have made the busy week comment with that level of detail publicly without assurances. We need to rebuild a squad of sellable assets and then ACTUALLY BLOODY SELL THEM AT PEAK VALUE. We had that at one point with Morelos, Kent, Barisic, Aribo, Kamara etc and we let Ross Wilson who by all accounts "was doing a great job" let them walk out the door for fuck all because he was "relaxed about contracts". Absolute madness genuinely institutional negligence has set us back 3 or 4 years at best and not even worth contemplating what the worst case scenario is. I know Andy McGowan always sticks up for Bennett and his personal contributions with the rolling credit facility etc which I totally understand and agree that he is well intentioned and that the board are "Rangers men" but for all of their good intentions and staunchness etc etc Bennett, Park and co have left us down an almighty hole and I think either we need to actually restrict these guys to purely investors who hire/performance monitor/sack a CEO who run the club on a day to day (like David Edgar often suggests) or its time for this board to make way for a board who can actually deliver.

Billy Forrester

Are we weaker, I don’t think we are. We are better off points wise than last season after 3 games and the players who have left were hardly contributing and the fans were wanting them hung drawn and quartered.

John Davidson

Cammy's pronunciation of Sassuolo was absolutely brilliant. Peak 90s Rangers fan 🤣

William Alston

Guys I am really trying to get on board with this positive view on dessers but still can't see it, was great against Ross county but thats not saying much, a performance on Sunday will change my mind

Peter Hosie

It’s a strange situation that many of our players will he playing at the piggery without even kicking a ball at Ibrox.

Peter Hosie

I still have faith in him but he does talk too much at times and he’s not the great man manager I believe he was. It is his way or nothing.

Stephen

We are stronger this season. It just doesn’t look that way yet. Imagine we were still trying to get rid of guys like Goldson, Lundstram, Davies in a year’s time?! The average age of the squad will be much lower now which is good for the future. The truth is we could spend £10 million tomorrow and we will still finish 2nd this season. This rebuilt was always going to take more than 1 window and it’s absolutely vital we bring in the right players instead of people getting excited about players they have never heard of just because it’s someone/anyone.

John Palmer

Sadly I have no Battle Fever as it is over shadowed with Fear. There's nothing about our Team that gives me any confidence that we can win or draw the game. Our results v Them over the past 10yrs have been nothing short of disappointing. We cannot run with a Hit and Hope mentality. Tav "As much as I love him" has no business playing in this fixture as he is way too easy to unsettle and they know that.

KennyY

The board and in particular John Bennet have a lot to answer for. A genuine question. What good has Bennet done in his current tenure so far. An experienced director of football should have been appointed early on to oversee the ins and outs. It’s an absolute shambles that we and our manager are in this position on the final day of what has been a long summer window.

Luke

Hagi had a decent euros. Any other club and he would of been away by now.

Granters

I’d say our first choice starting 11 is strong. Our problem is we have zero margin for the inevitable injuries. There is no depth in the squad. We are an injury away from major problems in several positions, and we’re not going to have game changers on the bench.
