What’s your opinion on Andrew McKinlay ? I think he’s done a great job at Hearts. I’ve met him once and he’s a big Rangers supporter

Imo, job is too big for him. Sure he's done a good job at Hearts but we are undergoing a massive transformation at executive level which I think requires someone with a higher level of experience

Angus Mackay

Thanks lads, great show. Very well balanced discussion.

Out of Europe at the first hurdle, lost to celtic and 5 points behind them and Aberdeen....I'm not sure that's "as good as it gets".

Far from it I agree. After the defeat to them in the league, personally I felt it was only going to get worse, so that’s a positive at least. Malmo game has given some degree of hope, but this squad is still miles off being a solid challenge for the title

Agree on that, a very average squad despite the money spent on it.

Dont think centre half is a priority position for the Jan window, we have Propper and Souttar, back up in Balogun and king and we also bought Nsala who can play there aswell as kasenwirjo who can cover so for me there are other areas of priority, mainly midfield and up front, striker and another winger

Graeme Homer

The club explained why we split the DOF role that was the people applying where doing so for the ego trip and the status the role would give them rather than being the best person for us.

Id imagine that role will be made back into one over the coming weeks. Just a hunch.
