It's that time of year again where we fail to get anything at Kilmarnock and once again we are left wondering how on earth we fix this club. James goes over your thoughts on what was once again an awful day at Rugby Park.

I wholeheartedly agree with the comment that there is no point in getting rid of Clement until we have a CEO and executive team in place. Clement has to accept culpability for what's going on on the pitch. I appreciate that the board's ineptitude has tied his hands; however, I'm looking to see signs of improvement and structure; at the moment, I'm just not consistently seeing them. We have short spells in games where the play looks decent; however, they are too infrequent for me. I'm not seeing a week-on-week improvement in style and shape. As much as he is a good goal scorer, Desser's play is too inconsistent. If he didn't have dry spells, both last season and now, we would be delighted with his goals-to-games ratio. If Clement is to go, I don't think he should for the moment ,we have to get the next on-field management team right,
