Rangers Review Joshua said today that the stats for the season are about 1.0 on the xg for us per game and 0.8 against. So basically majority of the games are a coin toss. Simply not even remotely close to be good enough and soon the games will come where the opposition pick up points. We are in trouble if nothing changes, and soon.

John leitch

We are in a rut and something needs to change Even a tactical alteration would help We are stale

James McSween

Request for podders Stevie H - wish you would bring back some of your old school interviews from back in the day. They where brilliant 👍🏻 Adam T - would it be worthwhile doing a pod based on the philosophy and playing style of a McInnes team and would it fit well with us. Given he would be able to sign a better calibre of player then he’s used to. Since the murmurings have started in recent days about him being a front runner to replace Clement.

Jason Allan

Ten minutes into yesterday’s game, we looked positive, sharp, scored and were passing quickly. Then I wonder if subconsciously the team dropped off, protecting what we had rather than getting the second. Is that instruction or players worrying about defending a lead? I agree with John Leitch a tactical alteration would help the team and show us fans, we recognise this trend and will try to prevent it from holding us back.

Mr J K Murray

did not watch the live game, was at the house of worship, we play unwatchable football, it is being accepted, no consistency of who we are, like we have turned into the snp, with added labour, except energy relapses but it all just gets worse, become slaves to chance, preacher preached on chpt 11 The Revelation of John The Devine [KJAV] about the cycle & not the history of religion, can highly recommend this way of Protestant life, John writing from patmos island as a prisoner, ect,

Declan Cairns

The two Dave’s? You know what that means…dental plan…!

We are a farce on and off the pitch. My patience is gone with Clement and I'd say for the majority. It's unfortunate, I wanted him to be successful I don't enjoy calling for managers to leave. The same with Gio & Beale. I hate seeing us part with managers. Off the field we are still a mess. John Gilligan has been chairman for going on 2 months and we still have huge roles unfulfilled. We are 6 weeks away from a transfer window. How can we plan for sales and signings when the people who would decide on funds available, etc are not even in the building? I don't see Aberdeen falling back, I can see them eventualldropping points but I am not confident we can catch-up. Not when we struggle to score more than 1 goal a game and give away the chances we do. December, including January 2nd is a huge run of games. IMO I don't think Clement will survive these games. I do hope I'm wrong, I'd give anything for respectable EL results and two O wins. Even with bad results I can see "the Board" sticking with him until the summer. So we will likely spend in January on players another manager may not want. I get we are stuck in a rut of firing managers but that shouldn't stop us if the football is shite and the players could produce more under someone else. I could write more but whether it's podders or patrons commenting it's all been said dozens of times.

Jim McCutcheon

Does Clement really get the rangers fan base not sure he does, not sure certain players get it either 🤔 just my personal opinion but bottom line is we are scraping through matches just🤷‍♂️, and you feel a negative result is very likely to happen 🤔

Doogz

Clement is never turning this around, we limp from 1 dire performance domestically to the next, that was a bang average Hearts team and we are holding on to a 1-0 for most of the game. Was shocked to hear David mention the other week that we employ 47 coaches at Ibrox, this suggests theirs a job for the boys culture at club. Where the hell are we just now appointing a chairman and a good CEO who needs get things sorted at all levels, and gut any freeloaders who are not contributing.

JimGLW

We're boring, ineffective and not winning regularly enough, and almost never convincingly. Neither entertained nor under the belief it will get better if we stick with it. It can't last like this or more people will stop watching.

Jim Milne

I missed the 47 coaches remark. That's honestly astonishing. Nevermind trimming the 1st team wage bill, surely that's a department that could be hugely trimmed. As for the Chairman and CEO. I didn't expect appointments overnight, but Gilligan has been chairman for almost 2 months and we've filled no positions. In fact we've lost staff. I'm almost starting to think that the board wants a skeleton staff with the manager taking on every role ala Walter Smith style.

Doogz

Was on one of shows in last fortnight, sorry if wasn’t you, was mentioned the amount staff employed throughout all age groups

Dougie McAllister

I do remember battering teams 1 or 2 nil.... we're so far away from that...

David Innes

That thought has crossed my mind too - must be a big saving on staff costs not having a CEO for this long

dotty 84

Zero options and diversity up in the final 3. Desperately needing Danilo up to speed, Cortes and Matondo back. Hopefully a RW brought in, in January.

David Innes

Clement has been a dead man walking in the eyes of the majority of the support since the defeat at Rugby Park. I believe he can only shift the dial in his favour by winning the League Cup but all signs point to us losing that game badly (and our chances will be non-existent if he starts Tav).

William Alston

I am well past anger now and just at the acceptance stage of this farce of a club. That stadium wasn't full yesterday and the people who were there basically sat in silence, the union bears were the only constant noise, it's the first I've felt like this since we were under the spivs and going nowhere on the park although give me big John Daly any day over dessers

James

Buy a decent striker and suddenly we will seem better, have more confidence and get closer. Not saying that is fix for everything but it will have an immediate and positive effect (until he is injured in his second game! 😂)

Heart and Hand

I just want to enjoy watching us, more often than I currently do. I don’t think that’s unreasonable.

Graham Roy

It’s the same problem we have had for a few years in that we don’t score enough. If we can solve that problem (unlikely in 1 window) then the pressure will ease in PC as these close games become more comfortable.

Scott Scobbie

Team on the park reflects the club as a whole, no direction while we just get fed the same bullshit that it will be better in a couple of months and the nothing changes.

Jamiedinho

This ends one way, we can all see it. The longer the board stubbornly do nothing the most likely outcome is 3rd. Fine saying Aberdeen won't keep up there form but we aren't good enough to do anything about it. Just get Muscat in so I can enjoy football again, if it's McInnes I'll hand deliver my season book back to the club

Revan1872

Dio's best position for us is probably as an 8 playing in front of Raskin. In a better functioning team it's the 2 of them in the middle and Bajrami in the midfield as the more creative option

Andy MacArthur

When it comes to domestic games the team look like they have the weight of the world on their shoulders. Walter brought in Ally as assistant who lifted the dressing room, Gerrard had Gary Mac who did something similar. I wonder if PC needs a different personality in the coaching team who can lift spirits but also knows what Rangers are about.

Adam Copeland

With the AGM less that 4 weeks away do you think a new CEO will be announced in time for that? Surely if you are the board you want to have something positive in place or would they prefer to just be up there like sitting ducks. Nothing changes until the club structure subsidence is addressed. Hopefully a powerful CEO will advise that PC approach and rebuild is just not working.

Vanb bryceter

I'm torn between axeing Clement now or giving him one more transfer window. We have given him the shitty end of the stick. When the scum do us in the final will make all of that academic I assume. It's not a very good place to be just now is it

Chris Macfarlane

Think this is a good example of where we are - “Kasanwirjo has done nothing wrong.” Eh, his distribution v St Mirren was awful. Ball out the park several times. (But otherwise he’s been good). I’m not here to slag him or defend Tav. We simply don’t look like a side that enjoy playing football. And we as a support are past being objective about players. I think Clement has run out of road. We look so jaded in most games.

Martin Sutherland

You discussed being stressed near the end. For me, all the stress is gone. My expectations are in the gutter and I have accepted nothing will change under this manager so the results are irrelevant. We are just heading towards our next embarrassment. He is done. John Gilligan is letting the fans down by not taking action.

Nikky Cairney

Great pod guys. Late listening this week so just catching up. Agree on the lack of pace and that this system requires wingers who can carry the ball. So see if you don’t have that available then any semi decent manager would change shape. We’ve got a striker in Dessers who can’t hold it up and no wingers with pace. It’s crying out for a 352. Let Jefte and Cerny/Sterling act as attacking wing backs. Have 2 of Dessers/Igamane/Danilo playing up front. Solves both issues we have and at worst you’re trying something different to get more goalscorers on the park.

mark wyper

We really need to get sterling or kasanwirjo settled into the right back position because we cannot go into the cup final with Tav up against maeda

Doogz

Alex Rae might be a decent guy but brings nothing to the table as first team coach as far as I’m concerned.
