A well-balanced response to the recent Union Bears statement. A couple of questions for any spokesperson of the Union Bears. Am I correct in thinking the numbers of UB ‘members’ hasn’t increased significantly over, say, the last five years? On viewing, it certainly looks to be roughly the same amount. Secondly, what is the reason for the UB not being double or treble the current numbers? Is it the UB desire for exclusivity or a lack of interest from the wider Rangers support? I might be wrong, but the Ultras culture has always appeared to encourage an “us and them” feeling within a football club’s supporters, thriving on standing apart and being different rather than integrating with the rest of the supporters or encouraging mass singing and a whole-stadium atmosphere. The fireworks, the stupid banners (ACAB ffs) and the desperate attempts to revive the ‘Songbook from the Dark Ages’ simply makes the UB look like immature diddies rather than a credible group you’d want to die on a hill for.

Morning guys, enjoyed that! Good chat! Disagree on the Danillo points, we simply cannot continue to say the words “if we get him fit” - we’ve learned nothing from the last 3 years when we constantly use that phrase.

In a sense I agree for sure. We absolutely must sign a striker in January.

Do you not think the ship has sailed for us getting Muscat? I realise I’m probably still in the minority but for me McInnes is the logical low risk choice for where we are as a club right now

Simon H&H

Probably the next 6 weeks is now or never to get KM in. Season coming to an end over there.

Just don’t see our board sacking Clement, until the changes are made re: CEO and a permanent chairman think we are in for more suffering. It’s been a while since JG said he expected an announcement to be made soon, other board members and investors are hanging John out to dry.

No real issues with new ticket website. Massive improvement on the previous clusterfuck.

Simon, you are wrong about Dessers. He is honking as a player but his attitude is actually very good. His attitude and the way he plays - including the way he reacts to physicality - are two different things. He is trying his best; his best is simply not good enough.

I was going to go to the doctor for to measure my blood pressure and cholesterol. But going to follow your approach boys instead. No need to listen to medical advice when you can "just go with yer eyes."👌

Was shambles trying to complete my cup final purchase. I don't think the navigation has improved much either tbf.

Covering both basis with Sterling 😅 Good if it's for training and good if it's just a holiday.

Clement made a lot of noise about how he was going to ‘fix’ the poor injury and fitness record. Well, if this ‘sports science’ nonsense with its red zones, numbers and minutes is ‘fixing’ it then it’s simply not working. We don’t look fit as a side. Players are still getting injured, and they take forever to come back into the side. If it’s ‘sports science’ that’s deciding Jefte all of a sudden needs a rest when our most important game of the season so far comes round then ‘sports science’ can get in the bin.

I wish Souttar could put in the level of his regular Scotland performances in a Rangers jersey. We see glimpses but nothing consistent. I hate to say this, and feel free to suspend me for 48hrs (😂), but Steve Clarke seems to be able to organise his Scotland teams against opposition better than Clement can. I know there is an argument that he has better players but he proved it at Kilmarnock. Ah, I'm just venting at the disappointment of what feels like a wasted season in November again. Enjoy the format and quality of conversation in this pod gents
