Clement will start tav in the final for certain, he thinks he needs him coz its celtic and hes played in so many but doesn't see what everyone and his dog sees, that tav is one of the main reasons we are beat before a ball is kicked when it comes to these games, we all know it, his teammates know it and deep down tav knows it.

Yeah, great idea, let’s change manager again and let him take this ragtag bunch who were cobbled together with peanuts. The board don’t need their defenders in the media when we hear idiotic comments from fans blaming everything on a manager who deserves better than he’s been dealt by the club. He won’t us a trophy last season somehow, he took a real bunch of has-beens from eight points behind at a similar stage and somehow gave them the opportunity of winning a title. Those players blew it because they didn’t care anymore and didn’t want injuries before they got their moves to Turkey. But somehow some of us miss the point in all this that this all goes back to the board failing on their duties. Walter couldn’t win a title with what the board have handed this manager. We are still waiting on a permanent chairman and new CEO, and it’s clear we need a fresh round of investment, or we’re going to fall further behind. We need a leader who can bring that to the club if we’re not going anywhere I fear.

This ramp up on the Manager makes no sense to me. He is half way through a rebuild of a squad and he has said he is not going anywhere. I don’t think the squad is good enough to beat them at the moment so can’t put it on the manager that if he does not win the final or the January game he loses his job. The rationale for justifying him losing his job is pretty flawed.

He should already be gone. We are 9 points behind in second place. He is one defeat at Ibrox away from the sack. It is inevitable.

Not so sure guys. Aberdeen and celtic opened up to play and pumped us. Hearts did the same in the last game at ibrox and we scraped by with an abject performance. We're just a bad team.

Sorry guys but the back room stuff is shambolic, I have avoided anything to do with football during the break but the Koopen stuff, the coaching nonsense etc is a joke. If the Belgians would pay to take Clement we should bite their hand off. It would suit them to get him now when he’s not tainted and it would suit us too. If we fill the team with loans I’m about done. We are being sammied by the club on and off field just now.

We also need to stop thinking we can transport back room functions from leagues like Holland or Belgium and plug it into Scotland. We have zero track record of consistent youth development. We don’t play youth early enough or build our team to use energy pace and power. We can look at Ajax or Feyenoord as examples but we have guys as ‘kids’ at 22-24, other teams have them in at 16.
