Rangers continue their fantastic Europa League form with a stunning win in France. David is pleased with what he saw.

I’m going to enjoy tonight and I’m really going to enjoy rewatching it. However, I am not going to allow it to get my hopes up. I’ve been burned too many times. Hope I’m wrong

I'm growing a Hamza stache in the morning! Stache in the moooorning!

He was like peak Alfie tonight. A colossus that doesn't give up. Could be a legend in the making of he can get some consistency

KennyY

Igumane can’t fail while he’s wearing Jimmy Grimbles boots

Calum Robertson

Didn’t you have a ticket for this David ? After your trip to Dubai bet you wish you were there now. Thursday nights do something to this club of ours

Graeme McGill

Great performance from the team tonight, Raskin now showing his true worth. Could this be a turning point? I very much hope so!

We were wasteful again shoulda been a cricket score. However we won't get any credit as they were woeful. Our passing and decision making was rushed at times but our press was much better overall.Mciness comments were balanced and fair as well as in context to what we have witnessed so far this season Please make this the start of our season.

Great performance, so many positives. However…. The drop in the side overall when Dessers came on was HUGE. If there was any doubt he was the major issue then that was it. Tav a downgrade too on what Sterling offers

Ps. Dont want to see fans talking of turning points. Nonsense. This ain’t a season where any one result will be a turning point.

Just the odd ones David but I think the only thing would be turning over them in the space of a couple of weeks twice. That is a platform. Individual results, no. Sadly I’m in a place that result being followed up by another turd in Perth wouldn’t shock me

Rose Mcloughlin

How many of us have sore throats and heart palpations screaming at the tv for the igamane to kick that ball in the net..even poor Ally was ill...nice to enjoy for 1 night being a teddy bear.

Just back from a mates house slightly more drunk than I thought I would be. What a team the highs are incredible. Outstanding tonight now sitting 8th. 4 flattered them. Bring on st. Johnstone 😂. Just as a side the next league old firm is on a Thursday you all know what that means!

Gary Shaw

Even if Igamane doesn’t score tonight he is still night and day compared to Dessers…..Bravery in showing for the ball,a willingness to run, holding it up and laying it off…There will be times he’ll frustrate with his decision making but you can clearly see the confidence in the rest of the players that playing with a functioning centre forward brings……Wee word for Rasking aswell,I’ve been one of his harshest critics since he’s been here but I thought he was outstanding tonight 👏……..

At 51 seconds on the clock Igamane had more touches, dribbles & won more duals than Dessers has the past 2 domestic games combined

I would argue that that’s the best I’ve seen him….Always gets tore in but I thought some of his sprayed passes were brilliant 👍

David Innes

Barring an injury crisis Dessers should not start another game for us - the difference in the attacking play when he’s not in the team is night and day

Bob Keith

Ref was very much re-refereeing the game something we were told VAR wouldn't do.

Glyn’s point - 51 seconds in I messaged the podders saying ‘held the ball up and we end up getting out and getting a shot off’. It was THAT noticeable because it just doesn’t happen usually!

You’ve been put in that position by the team because we’ve seen it before. Only they can change the feeling.

Tbh i think var did a great job in that situation, it was clear the ref tried to make himself look better after he made a mistake giving a penalty but var clearly made sure he didnt fk up.

Definitely and the 1st goal for sure doesn't happen with dessers coz the cross wasnt getting to him but igamane chased it and made it his. If that was dessers he would have stood still with his arms in the air moaning about the cross!!!!

It's not a clear and obvious error if you have the opportunity to scour for incidents in the first place. The right outcome this time doesn't prove that it was utilised correctly.
