What I'd like to see as part of the rebuild is the club being aggressive in it's aproach over the next few windows.....Could we move players on in January that are not contributing, on big wages or not reliable? Matondo, Dowel & Propper could be moved on ASAP to free up wages & ultimately continue to bring the wage bill down. Come the summer we must move on Tav, Dessers & Lawrence, we still need a striker, winger, CM & CB......but we should also look at utilising younger players like Devine, Lovelace, Lowry, Fraser, Mccinnnon, Rice etc......I look back at Walters 2nd spell in charge where we didn't have a lot of money to spend & regularly used youngsters over that 3/4 year period such as Danny Wilson, John Fleck, Greg Wylde, Jamie Ness & Rhys Mccabe......if we can clear out more of the deadwood, bring the wage bill down & utilise the youth to bolster the 1st team squad then surely we could sign more quality rather than quantity?

I may have mentioned this before. Grant, being in the same post code as your microphone is Prerequisite in the podcasting business. Cammy's audio was Excellent, Simon's not bad but has the Tendency to move away from the microphone. I say this as listen while on Public transport and i can't be the only person having trouble hearing what is being said. Love the pod, when i can hear it.

Always a great show, thanks.

I'm not enjoying watching Rangers, expect for Thursday nights. The tactics of continuing to play a team setup for wingers without wingers is scandalous and frankly unfathomable a coach of Clements level would continue with this dross. He claims Cortes & Matondo are missing. He signed Cortes while he was injured when we could've walked away from the loan, then kept Matondo when Leeds wanted him and when he's constantly injured. Propper was a desperate signing. Frankly I'd have kept Ben Davies over Propper. Too many issues that culminate into a manager who won't adapt to Scottish football. A board who will likely stick with him til the summer giving him more money in January. I'd be willing to be if we finish 2nd irregardless of the gap between us and them he will start next season as manager too.
