Bit harsh on the decision to put Raskin on the bench. Barron’s been one of our best players this season and no reason to think he and Dio shouldn’t take care of St. Mirren. Who knew he would go on to have his worst game for us. Starting Bajrami over Danilo was much worse. He’s looked passionless and disinterested for quite some time now.

Last season when Clement said "we won a moral victory" I thought at the time he was playing mind games. It's clear he meant it, and 90% of the time he talks utter waffle. 13 out of 39 away points is dire and mid-table form IMO. Even if we win on Jan 2nd yesterday has proved it will be a "meaningless" game as even if they drop more points we will too. He's spent the best part of £20m, Raskin and Souttar are the only two I see progress and improvement in the year he has been here. He knew Dessers was mediocre and didn't get a replacement and still can't understand the type of defender we need for the SPFL. I know we can argue he's had disallowed goals against them and match winning decisions in both finals but even that and 1 month aside the football is dire to watch. Times up for me. I'll hold my hands up if he proves me wrong. I don't want to fire managers but IMO Clement needs to go.

There’s no excuse for the front 4 putting in an abject performance like last night. The guy bajrami only wanting to turn 1 in 3 games isn’t good enough, more so getting the position he wants to play.

It’s not the manage that’s the problem, it’s the players he’s working with. That was all we could afford, they are young, raw and will take time to coach into a team. We’ve seen signs of them improving, but they are young so they are inconsistent. The referees can’t be trusted and the club need to go to war on this because they have been fixing leagues out of fear or worse. This isn’t simply incompertence anymore. If it was then it would’ve been fixed by now. The Umbro kits are the wrong for the brand because the brand is old in nature. We need to stop looking back on past glories and start looking forward to making more history for the club. Umbro used to be about looking forward, where they designed forward thinking strips like the cycling top style one, but we don’t want Umbro anymore because they are just boring and retro now. We’ve done retro for several years and it’s getting dull. They’re not cutting edge, which is where we need to move to in the market.

There is clearly a specific approach to Rangers with VAR. Anything positive for Rangers are scrutinised, anything to the detriment of Rangers is either quickly dismissed or not reviewed. It was laughable the time they spent analysing our equaliser considering about a minute before it there was a shirt pull on Danilo in the box they didn’t even look at. That said, Rangers applying pressure on the SFA on standards (rightly) is undermined by our lack of standards on the pitch. How Clement can say he didn’t see that coming considering those performances have been a hallmark of Rangers and cost both Gio and Beale their jobs is beyond me. He also has first hand experience of it when we shat the bed in the title race last season. The result doesn’t tell us anything we didn’t know already - 90% of our squad aren’t good enough to play for Rangers and need cleared out and Clement is not good enough either. Celtic are two trophies to a treble and it’s not even Jan 1st yet…..

Another season over by Xmas, another rebuild needed and another new appointment needed for manager. It’s just endless cycles of incompetence. I don’t know if it’s just the apathy around the club right now. But even with a new CEO and chairman I don’t see how this gets better. We lost our chance to stamp authority and build a legacy after 55 and I fear we will be regretting that for a long time to come.
