1 win in 5 in the league. He resorted to throwing any attacking player he could find onto the pitch in a shapeless mess and hope they produced something. Whoever is at the club keeping Clement in post should hang their head in shame. You care more about your own ego than you do Rangers Football Club and you should be following this manager out the door. An utter disgrace the position we are now in. Forget the idea of keeping Clement until the end of the season. It simply isn't going to happen. No way he makes it that far so don't lose any slim piece of goodwill you may still have by keeping this guy in post.

We're a disorganised shambles. He should have been relieved of his duties weeks ago. It's now bordering on negligence if the board allow it to continue.

A real concern we have is that even if Clement is replaced the team is littered with guys who have shown little to no evidence that they are capable of being league winning rangers players. Too many look absolutely hopeless and for a club with very little manoeuvrability financially we can't be making big losses on so many of these guys but we're the idiots that offered big wages that other clubs will refuse if we're wanting decent fees. A really depressing state.

Of course that's why I think he has to go but even if a manager comes in and improves away results this year are miles off where we want to be - the team had the chance last year to go clear at top of the league and they crumbled and it's never gotten better

Zero doubt in my mind this is 100% on Clements coaching, man management and tactical ability. His set up to a pure layman like me simply doesn’t work in this league, he has got bounces from player performance peaks but we are back to setting up the same way time after time and hoping someone, usually Igamane, does something. The attitude he is leeching into the players has come home to roost. Platitudes, excuses and illogical reasons why we can’t expect a better base level of football. I don’t feel sorry for him like some others, our resources are miles better than all but one team, in the league and it’s how he is using them is the issue. Isolating the striker again after seeing how it destroyed anything positive Dessers could have brought to the table early season is criminal. Igamane will start to wilt to with this obsession with wing play in the league. Not sure I can see how the away form is so bad given the team set up against us exactly the same way regardless of where we play them. We aren’t getting what we could from this squad and look totally up-coached, this back room team is a huge part of this abject failure. While he remains here I have zero interest in watching this shit Belgian Groundhog Day and being told “this is fine”.

He has to go now, there's no coming back from yet more points dropped, 13 points out of 33 away from home, in the last 12 months we have won 8 out of 20 away games, got 30 points out of a possible 60 away from home, the worst points tally at this stage of the season in 19 years!!! We are regressing at an alarming rate and it's an absolutely draining and demoralising time to be a Rangers fan, totally scunnered and fed up with it all

Absolutely scunnered. If the board think we are skint now, wait until they see how little income they have if they keep Clement. I have sympathy for Clement due to the hand he has been dealt but it is time up. We are a run of the mill dross SPL team who raises their game for the big ones.

I know, from getting us into a position where we where top of the league to this is simply unbelievable. We downgraded the squad in the summer as well. We need a major rebuild mate and I don't think the board have the knowledge, willingness or finance to carry it out. Scunnered.

Totally agree,I am beyond anger,I was apathetic tonight watching it.i felt no excitement watching that tonight.more danger of Dundee scoring on a break than us scoring.its a bad sign when a manager just throws on attacking players with no obvious plan as to what they are meant to be doing.

I know we are all pissed at PC but I have never ever seen a team give the ball away as much as we did tonight. That's not the manager's fault however his subs tonight were head scratching material. Hoping to through enough shite at the wall that some will stick! He has lost the plot although I do have a bit of sympathy for him with the shit show he has inherited and the curse of the Rangers injury record. I've been back and forth but I think it would be best gor both parties if we parted way.

Got to the point where my distain for this guy is multiplying each game. Only way this board will move on it is when no one turns up at Ibrox. It's in our own hands

When we used to struggle to win away matches in the past it was usually we were up against a goalkeeper who made about 20 saves but the Motherwell/Dundee/St Mirren games you could tell the outcome of the matches within the first 15 minutes.

I don't think he is trying John. I think he got scunnered in the summer after John Bennett's promises never came to fruition. Then got more scunnered when the club was rudderless with no club staff and he shouldered it all. He's nowhere near as focussed as he was at this stage of last season. I think he's pulling a LeGuen, but every so often the players pull an amazing result and papers over the cracks.

He is so done. He won't be sacked nor will he walk. This will limp onto the end of the season. For him to call out Igamane is a disgrace btw, didn't have his best game by any means but brilliant for the goal and looked the only player likely to make something happen IN SPITE OF the manager and his fifa piss take tactics (genuinely cannot believe those subs). Don't tar a new manager with this, get an interim be it Kevin Thomson, Steven Davis, whoever and let them deal with it and get a manager in for the 1st June. Preferably and crucially a manager who plays dominant, purposeful, fast paced and energetic (on and off the ball), attacking football that will primarily help us break teams down that we will play week in & week out. I think Clement is a decent European manager who will likely walk into a decent job in European football and do a reasonable to good job but he is not the right fit for Rangers. He hasn't worked this league out which is mental because for all its quirks, its not rocket science.

How true this seems to be—Donald findlay 2021, -Walter Smith believed that for success at Ibrox you needed a core of Rangers men and the foreign players that could be grafted in would mainly come from England , Northern Ireland , Northern European or similar countries to our mentality .

A protest outside won't change the board, hitting the board in the pocket will, if it means seat subbing is the only way to do that, then it needs to happen or we'll just go by season by season watching the same dross and septic will win title after title.
