The Belgian league must be awful if this guy was a success. Honestly scunnered with this team. I can’t explain why but it doesn’t feel like I’m watching a rangers team - didn’t even feel that way when we were battling up the lower divisions or under Pedro. They won’t sack him, the board will point to a long term plan and we will trudge along this season scrapping for second place with Dundee Utd.

1. Picking hagi and bajrami who can't play together in these games. This has been shown over and over again. Also abandoning the two strikers that have actually got us away results. 2. Bringing on matondo at half time who hasn't kicked his arse for 2 seasons. 3. That champ manager shite at the end that was just throw ing on attackers and hoping. No tweaking the system or countering Dundee's low block. A Le Guen like manager working his ticket hoping for the payoff?

I think since he’s came in, his home record is every bit as good as theirs ,it might be identical but the away form is scandalous. The last 10 months he’s been a disaster and the away form has to be worst I’ve ever known, 05/06 season we finished 3rd we were awful away from home but since we’ve came back up this is the worst away side I’ve seen. We thought Gio’s record away from Ibrox was bad but ooof Clement’s is insane, Van Bronkhorst lost one domestic match in a year outside of Celtic matches but Clement still hangs on.

As an aside. Would Propper be our 7th choice skipper? Behind Tav, Butland, Raskin, Souttar, Balogun and Sterling. I would be surprised if this is not a world first. So typically Rangers. Phil has to go or it will get as nasty as we have ever seen it. Had mega Gio in Paisley and Beale vs Sheep vibes so fingers crossed. Think reason recent OF win was so special was cos it was good to feel a passion for Rangers again and celebrate goals wildly. Two things we have struggled to muster in many a month whether we care to admit it or not.

PC is a weak manager to go with everything else. The weakness we show away from home every other week should be fkn pounced on with a boot up the arse but he will not do it and players get away with doing what they want at times when its going wrong which makes his poor formation and tactics even worse. He even mentioned last week that players have to speak the right way to each other on the park I.E their not allowed to get players told to fkn get the finger out in a way thats needed at times. Those players dont trust him imo and some might not even have the required respect for him either. He has to go coz this form we are on is a team going on a run away from losing 2nd place if this keeps up coz the home form will eventually slide under him too imo. If that doesn't scare the board then they need to sell up. We are a team who only seem to function counter attacking when we have 70 to 80% possession most games, how the fk he is allowed to mold a team like that in Scotland i will never know

John Greig was a legend, the greatest ever Ranger in fact. Jock Wallace similarly. Memories of their triumphs and the trebles lifted were still in our minds in the early 80’s. And yet we gave them more sh”t than this guy is getting. I really don’t know what has happened to our support. The Homes revolution came about because we cleared the stands and wouldn’t accept the dross we were served up. We can’t exist to be uncompetitive. Change is needed now. Sad to say it but I don't think this board is ditching PC and my reasons or thoughts on this are I honestly think that the club is strapped for cash again due to the dross MB brought in and most of the new players we have are now PC signings or agreed to keep or still have around. I'm not really that in touch with the financial situation right now TBTH but are we really able to afford to pay him off? It seems like we can't shift players who are basically just draining wages let alone afford to shift PC and his staff but as I said what do I know about the Club being financially well in the black at the moment the zero, that's a question big Andy would have to help me out with.

We really need to make our feelings known to PC & the board on Sunday, this is unacceptable and our manager believes it is acceptable, nothing is changing, nothing is improving, our away record is deplorable, and there is no excuse for it other than bad management, he needs to go and our board need to grow a backbone and get rid of him, he can't get a tune out of these players and he has lost the support in the stands.

The twat Chris Sutton said “Is the jersey too heavy for these players?” It’s the opposite. I don’t think these players know what wearing that jersey really means. It’s not 50,000 rallying behind them at home to Spurs & Celtic, it’s in front of 5,000 in Dundee in the pishing rain, playing downhill, against a low block. Always has been. I don’t think England seems to be any guarantee of reinforcing what you’re saying. The English players we’ve recruited in recent times have had their moments but equally, on the balance, they’ve also looked like they enjoy a good Glasgow or European Safari, but little else. Building up a generation of Scottish or Northern Irish players with the club at heart should be easy given the depth of feeling and emotion Rangers plays in the lives of so many.

I mentioned/asked this on the executive report & I'll ask it here......why where the club not scrambling to get a centre back in as soon as Soapy was injured? We (the fans) all knew how unreliable Balogun & Sterling are for being fit consistently & we (the fans) all knew Propper was a disaster in the majority of domestic games......so if we (the fans) can see this & anticipate this, why cant the board/manager/recruitment team? A soon as Soutar was injured & the club knew he would be out for potentially up to two months or longer then surely the club should of acted immediately & found a CB to sign or loan as soon as the window opened....the widow has now been open for 10 days & not a single player in & not a single player out (youth loans excluded). It's an absolute farce!

Onto my honest assessment of the playing squad from last night now I've had a chance to sleep after yet another disaster of a performance. GK....Kelly is a suitable no.2 & no more, (however i do feel we should move Butland on in the summer) Defence.....if it wasn't for the injury crisis Propper should of been moved on this month & replaced, I guess we will have to endure him a bit longer. Only Rangers would ship out a centre back on loan who couldn't handle the physicality only to pay money for another CB who can't handle the physicality. Ridvan (normally I'm a fan of the wee man) he was woeful & his touch was amateur at best, Jefte looks either fed up, lazy or maybe just burned out from the amount of games he has played but Spurs & Celtic aside he has been off it for a month now. Diomande is just a more expensive Glen Kamara, can be great but can be absolutely off it in equal measures, Barron in the first half showed why he was just a squad player at Aberdeen, then he looked very up for it in the second half only for Clement to take him off, but I still think he Will be a big player for us in the future, Hagi was off it & as the pod lads said these kind of games just aren't his bag, Cerny is Cerny.......was not a great night but he still gets a decent goal, Igamane had no decent service or support & was surrounded by what felt like 50 Dundee players any time ge got the ball so what can you do.......NOW onto Bajrami! Win my humble opinion of course. What a lazy bastard that lad is! Yes he has talent, but when he is not on the ball he just bimbles about like it's a Sunday league game, he never makes a tackle, if anything I'd say he has gotten worse now he is playing as a number 10 & not out wide, we all wanted to see him play there but I'm sure the majority will agree he is not impressing for the money we spent on him (where have we seen that before) Nsiala gets a pass, a tough game & a shite pitch in shite cold weather for his debut, a few shaky moments & loose long balls but I will withhold judgement for now. SUBS......Danilo, should of been the half time sub for Bajrami (if Hagi hadn't hurt his back) & prior to KO I wanted Danilo to start ahead of Bajrami & just go for it from the start but we didn't! Matondo!!!! Please, please, please can he just GTF already! An absolute bumbling headless chicken who needs to give up football & just concentrate on 100m sprints! An absolute wage thief & one of the worst signings in recent history! Cortez & Mccausland got zero time to make an impact so ill leave them alone for now........SCUNNERED is an understatement

We sacked a manager who got us to a European Final and whiskers from actually winning it because his away record in the league was awful, well it wasn’t as awful as this shit Clement is serving up, there can be no excuses, he simply must be sacked. He really needs to go, the away form is absolutely horrendous. However I can’t help but think back to the accounts and that the kpi and main footballing objective is to finish second. He can argue he’s achieving that objective to the board. But we all know that’s a lot of shite. He’s completely lost it, cry’s about financial gulf between us and Celtic and then Europa league but doesn’t acknowledge that we dwarf every other team in the league finance wise! We’ve played 2 old firms and have cancelled each other out. Out of the other 11 teams in the league we’ve dropped 15 more points than Celtic, shambles. That indicates an attitude problem from the squad to me too Put him on gardening leave and bring in a temp till the end of the season. Take time to find the right manager to come in for the start of the summer. Don’t sign anyone this month not even on a loan basis. Write this season off result wise and financial wise, not spending this window will help ffp and the kitty for the summer.

Last night tipped it for me. I was thinking and saying if he could turn the away form round there was hope, but I just can't see it. No surprise we drew , that’s what we do away from home domestically. Matondo is murder , no matter what we do in January we need to get rid of high earners like him who are rarely available and when they are, they are inconsistent at best with what they deliver. I was in the main stand with Matondo in front of me , he either didn’t make the run (hiding) or when he did get the ball cut back into a Dundee player, for someone with his pace he just doesn’t utilise it , a disastrous transfer when you look at the money we spent initially and are paying him on a weekly basis , quite what Clement was thinking not letting him go in the summer , without seeing the B team , no way you couldn’t have taken a player from them who couldn’t have done the very little Matondo did at a fraction of his wages.

There was a young Dundee defender celebrating winning a bye kick in the 92nd minute as if he’d just won the Champions League. That’s the attitude we lack right through this squad. The number of 50/50 challenges and aerial duels we lost last night was staggering.

Clement skirts the issue. Never tells the actual issue and how to address it. “We lacked Hamza being central and that’s a learning point we must take with him”. Hamza was wide left, right and deep because Hagi, Cerny, Bajrami and Diomande were piss poor again. So say that, tell the culprits. Hamza is the only shining light in the next four months of pointless games. Some wins at Ibrox. Performance and possible result at Old Trafford, drop points at Tannadice. Then into February to repeat.

Reality is, we have an entire squad where the jersey weighs too heavy for them. We are very close to having an “Aberdeen” mindset where we raise our game for big one off games but are bang average the rest of the time. We need a reset, trouble is I can’t see how we do that without investing in a management team and players a cut above what we have now with the right mindset. Celtic broke out of their 90s era by bringing in Martin O’Neill and Dermot Desmond’s financial backing. What’s our equivalent? Is there one?

I think we have some good players in this squad. Raskin, Diomande, Jefte, Cerny, Hagi, Danilo and Igamane are all good players being held back by a dreadful manager. But the fall off from some 1st choice players to the back ups is far too big, we severely lack 2 physical Cbs who love defending, guys like jefte would be much more valuable to us if they had cbs next to them who could defend. We also badly need a goalkeeper as we will get nowhere near a league title with either keeper at the club the now. The squad needs improvement regardless of who the manager is so the notion that we cant let clement sign players is a nonsense, we need players to improve us asap.

Feel like a broken record about Clement. Most unlikeable manager in our history. A deluded, arrogant manager with the worst playing style I’ve witnessed. Should’ve been sacked post Aberdeen away 3 months ago. I won’t be back while he remains in charge, I’m not giving up time with my wee one to go watch what the manager is serving up. May sound extreme but we are 15 points behind and our board has shown no intention to sack the manager. So if they don’t care about us languishing on the league so why should I give up my time and make the effort. So until he goes or we hear about him going then I will be avoiding Ibrox. Breaks my heart feeling like that. Even watching the game last night, Dundee scored and I just laughed. We scored and I genuinely had no reaction. That’s what it’s came to.
