I don’t understand what we are doing with Cortes. He’s been back since the Spurs game but only played a total of about 90 minutes since. 60 odd of those where when he was thrown in out of nowhere against Motherwell. Surely today is a perfect game to get him some minutes? Never going to get up to speed if we don’t play him. £4m committed to him in the summer btw

Callum Gordon

Are you boys going to be late to your seats given the FA cup drama going on just now ? #seagulls

Gazza_Hendo

Probably scared he gets injured again.. another fantastic decision committing to buy him. Which is worse? 5 year contract for PC or 4 million for an injury prone player not suited to our league

Martin Boyd

Agree with Martyn 100% , look at me , look at me six year old stuff. But folk are free to to what they like , just go away and do it. Are there any right foot defenders not broken at Ibrox?🤣

Andrew Whiteside

So of the 9 players on the bench. Only Barron and Bajrami can be counted on to make a difference. Cortes could be good but has not played much so gets a pass for now. When you have 5 subs and almost have to use all of them given the intensity of modern football. The manger is forced into making the least worst decision where the quality of the team will undoubtedly drop around the hour mark. Has been like this for various reasons from the fist game of the season.

Ryan Stewart

Yeah we’ve been class without him tbf Goes to my point though doesn’t it? How’s he supposed to show it or get fit if he’s not playing? Also like I said we’ve committed to spending £4m on him in the summer. We need to start getting more out of him and the only way we do that is by playing him. If we can’t play him home to bottom of the league there’s a serious problem

John Smith

Someone please correct me if I’m wrong but did I see people fighting about leaving the ground ?

George Higgins

Martyn is correct to an extent. I didn’t go today and I’ll not go on Wednesday. Apathy as much as protest for me. An easy decision when I trave across the country in a cold January. If the protests are aimed at removing Clement they might work eventually. However if aimed at regime change then as Martyn says unless there is a realistic alternative ownership group out there it won’t.

Martin Boyd

Fans are perfectly entitled to protest , as I said. Other fans are perfectly entitled to ignore or criticise said protest. Sack the board shouts are pointless and childish, the board own the club they are not about to sack themselves. If some silly rich person wants to buy them out and then fund the club then by all means agitate for that change.

Rose Mcloughlin

Yes there was fighting among the union bears...we saw it from the club deck..punching each other so didnt look good.

Callum Gordon

Very late chance at the end of 90 minutes , switched over after spurs 1st goal . Felt the ref was very harsh on Tamworth . Very Spursy that they ended up with all the big names on when this should have been an ideal opportunity to rest some given how many injuries they’ve had .
