Have to agree with everything that was said about Clancy. The tackle on Ridvan was terrible and could and should have been a red.

Good game and a good atmosphere ..glad to hear the UB in full voice...after the game and the players were taking the applause...Dessers ran over to the ub said something to the security guard who turned to the ub who broke out singing his praise..?? Was he saying goodbye.

No one has pointed this out. Kevin Clancy had it in for Ianis Hagi. Poor 💩 referee. Always seems to single out a Rangers player. Usually Alfie before. It's his gripe which really didn't help Alfredo Morelos. Would go as far as to say caused Alfredo Morelos problems. With him being Columbian. Bitter referee clancy. Where a lot of Alfredo Morelos problems seemed to stem from

I love you both but as a fan base this rationalising how good a player is to help cathartically appease the truth needs to stop . Cerny , He’s absolutely bog standard . No pace ( he’s a winger ) canny go by a man down the line and opposing teams now show him inside and double up Canny tackle , doesn’t get involved in the battle at £7m it’s farcical We have to stop trying to rationalising the blatant truth HES BOG STANDARD As a wing back you would’ve to play against Cerny it’s no a shift and up the road with a dry tap still oan But he has 12 goals 🤦🏻‍♂️ So does Dessers and he is hounded and his stats don’t matter If we have any hope or idea of going for a title we need a far better aggressive best in class right winger to go at this division ❤️🤍💙

I disagree with the idea of resting Danilo and Hagi for Fraserburgh. Neither are in the Europa league squad, they should be the experienced players guiding the young players through the game, with Tav and Balogun getting precisely the right amount of minutes needed for match sharpness and no more. I would rest Cerny Jeffe, Raskin, Igomane, and make sure Barron, Rice, Lovelace get game time.

That’s a baffling take. Agree he’s not got ideal pace for a winger but is a dangerous player for us. Teams know he’s going to step inside - we all know - but they can’t seems to stop him. Suggests he’s decent at what he does. Stats support the view that he’s productive. Goals and assists. Regularly gets into dangerous areas. He would have more assists and goals with better decision making around the box. He also works hard defensively. Given our budget and league I’m not sure how much more we can expect from a player.

Nah Chris. He’s a good player. Pace stops him being top drawer but the amount he creates and scores shows you his ability. And I think we as a support have to realise what 5-10m gets you in modern football - very little.

Cerny is a frustrating player. Like a lot of players we’ve had recently. You can see the attributes he’s has, always looks for the ball, creates chances, scores goals (like Dessers), but the deficiencies are glaring, no pace, jogs backwards defensively, too one footed, pull’s out of 60/40 tackles he’s favourite to win, decision making questionable. As a loan player he’s doing a job. Would I pay 5,6,7 million for him, no way.

Agree 100% We can get so much better if we decide to use £5m on RW. Stars blind the truth If we went by Dessers stats It can’t be numbers and stats for one man then we decide to give another player of limited standard pass marks because his stats BUILD a narrative to an argument for four or £5 million. Glasgow Rangers could get a far better all round player than Cerny at that cost

It is maybe I am more of a traditionalist mate as I like my wings to have the ability to go at defenders down the flank surely that is what a winger is intended to do so maybe my criticism is more directed at the manager for deploying a system with inverters

VAR is always very quick when it’s against us. The offside goal when we played Celtic seemed to take ages, said at the time of that was us VAR would not have bothered!

Everytime Clancy refs our games I struggle to not flip from “Scottish refs are just poor” to “there is a bias against us”. Clancy was responsible for one of the most one sided refereeing displays I’ve seen in old firm games when we beat them at Parkhead 2-1 in December 2019 (I think). He gave them absolutely every decision (some of which defied explanation other than bias). Again, Gios first season, pittodrie first game back after winter break and another disastrous performance where Aberdeen were allowed to hack their way through the game, and him sending Ryan Kent off to reacting to yet another tackle from behind in the game. It’s funny how he has a habit of sending Rangers players off but not seeing red cards/fouls for our opposition. Let’s not forget it was Clancy with the “we know what’s at stake” interview as we headed into their 10 in a row season which finished our 55….

We need to accept that certain referees are Celtic Supporters - Clancy, Robertson, Walsh and McDermid. However, the club should be calling it out under Health and Safety regulations. It’s not surprising that we have so many injuries. It’s especially scandalous when you look at the soft yellow and red cards issued to our players.
