Team, more or less as expected, given the manager’s presser comments

David Innes

Really hoping that team selection means Dowell and Matondo have moves lined up - either that or they’re injured

Simon Lewandowski

if he can't trust Rice against this team when will he ever trust him

Rose Mcloughlin

I will go for 4 nil..if anymore I will be happy....the Leon King situation must be so disheartening for the young player...best to let him go and enjoy his football somewhere where he would get played.

Martin Boyd

Diomande isn’t a defensive midfielder , Rice is , so we don’t need two defensive midfielders. Dowell and Matondo will be gone soon. Think you are nitpicking overly.

I literally said it was a good thing Dowell wasn't in the squad and I don't think either of us mentioned Matondo?

Misheard I thought you said Dowell should be in yhe shop window as for Matondo I just lumped him in as hopefully the pair are gone.

Andrew Whiteside

Get the game done early and get Jefte and Diomande and Propper replaced. Sensible selection from the manager. With Tav coming back and Propper looking test his fitness. Lookup big forward to seeing Lovelace

His wages are probably so high that he doesn't want to move for less, but you're 100% right. Can't help but think we've not done the best we could have for the boy, but when you have a revolving managers seat it what happens. The boy should've chosen learning his trade left when Beale signed Balogun and played him ahead of him when he was fit.
