I would really like to hear about co-action psychology. The union bears add a lot to Rangers. And they could be awesome. Mostly they're in an almost trance like support but don't often react to what's happening on the pitch. If they could be helped to use there power to effect what's happening on the park they would beyond brilliant. How can you help?

This, with consideration given to song selection, too. Flutes for 50 pence don't spur a team on, but building your gallows does.

First time hearing this show. A really interesting take on the deeper issues at the club, and there are clearly some truths in there. The average on the continent is usually one player a season, but I do think that is no longer applicable to us anymore. The business models have altered due to the financial gaps across nations, so we have to make greater demands on the academy. That only works when first team management is invested in the process, but this can be more difficult to achieve when they are under constant scrutiny because of the mismanagement by the club under previous incumbents. The club can either keep moaning and blaming the SFA or League for not allowing a second team in the professional league structure, o red they can be more inventive and find the solution tbs needed for a productive B side. A name change is a good idea, but you need to back that rebrand with genuine changes that improve development. We act like this issue of bridging the gap between reserves to first team is new and it’s not. It’s been around for decades, and it’s always been more difficult at Rangers, because our fans have little patience when young boys make mistakes at first team level.

Great pod guys. Lots of valid points. The SFA have managed the steady decline of Scottish football for almost 2 generations. There is no vision, no leadership, no idea. A rudderless, self preserving group of pen pushers quite happy to take huge over inflated salaries as long as they can swan around the world on business class wearing the blazers and ties. Absolute amateurs on six figure wages presiding over an embarrassment. The whole system needs torn apart and rebuilt. They are emblematic of Scottish society as a whole. If you look at our players at every level we are physically and technically dwarfed when we come up against continental opposition. The question has to be, why.

Some interesting points as usual well done gents

Excellent pod. Really enjoying them. And the deeper analysis of our club. Looking forward to the next one.
