Thanks David, i feel a good win tomorrow night 3-0 🫡 👏

William Noble

How come he never booked the guy who pushed Dio

Bixby Snyder

The Old Trafford thirst trap worked on young Curtis. Well played, Phil. Best tactical move to date!

Craig Wilson

I don't understand the need for the ref to review footage. VAR are qualified refs. Why do the refs need to jog half way across the pitch and review the footage. Why can't the VAR make the call?

David Clapperton

Doing it manually?!?! That’s not Scotland, that’s not even Mexico. 😱

Graham Roy

Always felt sorry for flo he was the wrong type of player we needed. Just remember thinking why we changed the defence that was solid the season before! And getting rid of Ian Ferguson was a mistake! Also tune David!

Peter Hosie

I think we got about £7 Mill when we sold Flo but a loss of 5 is still not good business

Craig

Flo will never be topped as our most ridiculous signing. Spent the whole summer chasing a striker and the only attribute we actually profiled was the price tag. And in the end, we didn't get much more for our money than we'd have gotten out of just sticking with Dodds or Johansson.

Billy Forrester

Great news on young Finlay Curtis, really excited about this lad, hopefully Lovelace follows suit. Not sure on Hagi, think we can do better and get someone younger on less wages with huge resale value

Ryan Jardine

Aye we have a great record of signing players with a huge resale value 🤥 Hagi has shown he’s more than capable, he’s a great option to have around. A new deal is a no brainer rather than letting him walk for free.

Rick

It's more than bloody mindedness it's downright fucking cheating

Gareth Williams

Great Tune David! Always think of Jesse Ventura chewing tobacco in a chopper when I hear that song! 🚁😀(Predator)

What a movie! I met Little Richard in a hotel lobby in Nashville twenty years ago. He told me I was 'beautiful'. Now, he told everybody they were beautiful but still.

Gareth Williams

I know, all time fave movie of mine! That’s some story, he was a great artist, has some back catalogue and some of the guys who covered his tracks were frightening. I read he actually had the Beatles opening concerts for him in their early years! Jesse Ventura had some career too, USN diver, WWF/WWE wrestler/commentator, actor and governor of Minnesota! Mental how some people’s lives go down!

Billy Forrester

Well koppen has made a good start if u look at the interest in Jefte and Igamane. We are implementing the model now after not having a vision and plan for it. Hagi is on big wages and doesn’t set the world alight for me, he is ok but we can get ok on smaller wages and younger who can be developed for future resale in my opinion

Tune!! That came on my works radio today and i was saying ive not heard that in ages and i come on the DU and there it is again.

I saw today (think it was from Boyd) that Walsh only got to see that one angle that was the one he basically had on pitch. If thats true u have to wonder if the VAR were covering themselves by asking him to have a look but really wanting him sent off so only gave the worst angle. Crazy conspiracy shit i know but thats what these clowns have bred into us.

Jim Milne

That's exactly what I thought after I eventually seen the reverse angle. 100% they only showed the angle from where Walsh was standing.

Flo's price was ridiculous even back then. £12m for basically a super sub ala Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. To think Murray spent £16m on Flo & Kontermann, then add the £40m+ Advocaat had already spent it was insanity. Although I was 20 at the time and thought it was magic and would go on forever. As much as I enjoyed it immensely at the time, it's tainted with "guilt & remorse" because of how it lead us to 2012.

Jim Milne

Buying Kontermann for £4.5m and getting nothing for him around the same time too.

NW seen his name in lights once again. Pleased for young FC. TAF was at the time DM said for every £0.50 they spend he'd spend £1. The major problem that I saw with big TAF wasn't him it was DA getting the ball played in behind TAF and not just infront of him which he had always been used to. DA also mentioned that when Harston (£6M?) was on offer to us that he already had one fat arsed injury prone player and didn't need another one, he was talking about big Seb Rosental being his fat arsed player, could this and many other no so very nice comments have led to players also not having a good relationship with DA, I loved Der Hammer but DA didn't want to give him his place which he had more than earned but only used him sparingly when we were in trouble and behind in games, you know what I mean David, have a splendid wee day fella 👍.
