"Chucking it" suggests a 100% drop off and no effort level whatsoever. However, when things have gone the way they have players absolutely drop the level 10 to 20%, making sure they don't get injured, eyes on the next season etc. That can often be enough to see what we're watching. The team needs about 4 or 5 standard settlers to keep everyone going and on their toes.
