The referee and VAR team obviously took the tensile strength of the Castore jerseys into account 😉 A shocking decision but not surprising. Incidentally Dessers said the ref wa lenient to him after the yellow. Make of that what you will. Tav made that mistake yes, but Kelly was weak. Incidentally - on the “Tav hate train” angle, would you rather than has two Jeftes or two Tavs? Easy Tav decision for me.

If you're not already raging about the refereeing and VAR performance tonight do your self a favour and don't read the BBC Scotland report on the game. Those cunts shouldn't be allowed into Ibrox.

Well done guys, not an easy pod to deliver tonight. It’s the morning after for me. It’s still raw. The club has no chance in these matches, when the organisation that is meant to cherish the sport , act with sporting vandalism . At least we have hope for a new dawn, with dynamic, athletic , reliable players. That would give us a better outcome .

For the pen, Cammy, Souttar didn't make "a challenge". His boot was on its way to kick the ball when the attacker stretched his leg to plant his boot between the ball and Souttar's boot. That's how contact is made. If you remember, Morelos did that at Ibrox v Dortmund. We scored but VAR disallowed it and gave Dortmund a foul because Hummels had kicked the back of Morelos' leg! Compare to last night.

It would be interesting to look back over this season and see how many of our supposed “leadership group” within the squad got the pod man of the match. I would guess not many times. In terms of things we can’t control, we can’t control ref and VAR decision making but we can control the decisions our manager makes (which he got badly wrong in this game) and the players who again were sloppy with too many of the “leadership group” battling with their own performance. It will be interesting to see if the players down tools for the remaining games or not given the wholesale changes coming in the summer.
