Alan Henderson

"take our chance to go forward" 🤡❤️

Craig

Not able to listen yet, is Helander still injured?

Jordan McKay

Fair play to David for asking those questions. Gio’s answers were extremely interesting.

Mark

David Graham needs to toe the baws of whomever it was (Raman?) that displayed the temerity to order our manager to look at the camera while he speaks. Imagine any of those fucking shitehawks attempting that kind of patter when SG was sitting there. Scary that Gio just took it tbh.

John

Yes

John

Ramsey in the squad

David Innes

Hearing Gio speak just doesn’t fill me with confidence. Hoping to be proved wrong over the next few games but think he’s now only one more bad result away from the majority of fans turning against him

Andy McG

If Barisic starts on Sunday I will be a bit angry and disappointed.

Ian

I watched Gios interview and am starting to feel a bit uncomfortable of a venting of frustrations right at the manager. Of course I know the buck stops there but on issues like changes to formation or players in or out all that good stuff has to be his decision that he will stand or fall by. We have probably all had those discussions with fellow bears over the last few days and can all see what is required. To ask him to declare that on what will become a public forum only helps others. Some one mentioned would SG have stood for that, of course not. Would Walter or indeed big Jock Wallace have been so polite, not a chance.

William

I know that you need to take cognizance of the oppositions strategy, however in the SPFL it is incumbent on any Rangers team to take the game to our oposition and not just sit back to contain. He needs to put fight into this team, after such a weak and impotent display midweek

Ian

Agreed, we require a classy 'thug' in the middle of the park. Bring back Terry Hurlock

I've found it painful listening to him for some time.

Ramams 1st question to GVB he says following the game on celtic night instead of wed night. Jesus the media do love a celtic win

Martin Davies

A little worried if Arfield and Gio think the 2nd half on Wed was OK. We barely laid a glove on them. Ramsey has to be on the bench as a minimum - the crowd need a lift.

Greig Massie

I thought all the fan media questions were very pertinent and allowed an opportunity for insight into the thinking from the coaches. For years the same MSM vanillia questions gave us nothing and were designed not to antagonise the questionee and potentially jeopardise any relationship and therefor their job. Now we get more insight into the thinking and why certain decisions are taken. Yes our opponents may listen in but if we execute our game plan successfully with the players we have, nobody should get near us.

Ally

I'm actually a fair bit more reassured after hearing that press conference.

Tamus

Hes not very inspiring is he. I genuinely fear the worst.

Tamus

Im not buying into this we were better in the 2nd half pish, Celtic were 3 nil up at half time, in the second half they could afford to take their foot off the gas, - and i see our coward captain is still in hiding

I keep seeing people go about the way GVB talks in the interviews or pressers just because he's like that with media doesn't mean that's what it's like in the dressing room people act differently when cameras are on them in any walk of life. It could be the case but we will never know because we have no experience in the professional football fans talk alot without knowing anything just guess work.

And the last time someone jumped off the media trained train at the semi final you wanted him to leave the club that night

Celtic were completly spent by the 40th minute, but it didn't matter had they had already won the match. We needed to stay in the game until half time. That's where we failed

Steven Harvey

I was absolutely done with Gio at 945pm on Wed but have calmed down a bit. He’s not as engaging as Gerrard in the presser but not many are and we’ve been spoiled. Still not sure he’s the man for the job but really hope he is and kicks on. However, if it’s not 6 points from 6 in the next two games I think he’s on borrowed time already.

Iain Codona

What confused me most about wednesday night was the personnel choice in midfield. I understand Arfield makes a difference in an attacking sense, but that’s not what was needed in the first half. Sands in the starting lineup could have worked better. Oddly, that more defensive midfield has been deployed against teams that sit in, and to our cost. Really bizarre choices from Gio.

Brian Moore

David: Very pleased at how you asked those questions without coming across as a dick from the SMSM ❤️🤍💙

He done mate. As for Kent, at least he tries .. his heads fucked

chris smith

I dont like Gio’s comments at all there. Ofc no manager is going to say what he really thinks, but the mood music there really wasnt great.
